Tools needed to clean up a galvanized steel drain from a constriction
First, I have been looking for a tool for my house situation. This was the best option to clean my 2 inch steel drains. Second, Jerome was very helpful via email and talking me through what the purchase needed to be. Third, the shipment came to USA (Texas) from Finland in 6 days FedEx.

Order didn't go through, email received after order was placed. Called 2 weeks later and payment wasn't confirmed, was told they dont check order status online. Total waste of my time.

Jerome made my experience great the pricing isn't bad the product works I spent 8 plus hours using yesterday on a really rough cast iron pipe but it truly works I do wish I could find a drill to hold up better I went back and forth with 2 milwaukees kept the speed at 2 and the chuck between 3 and 4 but you could still smell the drills getting hot one is a 1/2 fuel drill that has hammer as well as normal yes I get on normal the other is a brushless fuel reg 1/2 drill again same speed they both do about 2100 rpms

I just ordered 3/8 shaft set for "3″ TO 4″ (75-100MM) BLOCKAGE REMOVAL KIT (CAST IRON & CLAY PIPES)" the material quality is acceptable. but somehow the shaft will not able to make turn when it's rolled up, even with just 3-4 big roll, has to be straight up the line and able to drill make the shaft rotating. before I make this purchased, I've used "Ridgid" K-204 with 70', using drill without pulling the whole line out, so even though the 3/8 shaft is thicker, but can't even rolled up 3,4 turn. don't know where's the problem at. anyone get the same problem?

I understand that you have ordered the 3/8" (10mm), but you would have preferred that it be as flexible as 5/16" (8mm).
The 3/8" (10mm) shaft is definitely less flexible than the 5/16" (8mm). It is more suitable for descaling tasks, or other tasks that require much more torque.
The 5/16" (8mm) is the same thickness of shaft that is found in Ridgid K-204. This shaft is more flexible and suitable for a moving soft blockages such as wet wipes and small roots.
