Is the shipping a little pricey? Yes. But when I say it’s fast I’m talking lightning fast. From Finland to New York in about three days. Equipment is not fit for purpose
Equipment is not fit for purpose. No warranty so buy at your own risk. When used for what is is intended for and it failed, I’ve used my old Renssi flex shaft to solve the issue without any drama. I’ll be sticking to the Renssi brand. I’ve been using Renssi for the last 5-years so the flex shaft has not been abused in any way and maintained. I just thought I would give this brand a try, but I won’t make that mistake again. They also neglected to include or mention any import tax at the time of order, which cost me almost as much as the equipment. Not impressed with their service or equipment.

Hi Shaun, We have a refund policy, but it does not allow for a customer to return tools almost a year after purchasing them. The policy also does not accommodate for improper use of the tools.
You are in Australia, and we are in Finland, so custom charges are inevitable, but just incase, we have detailed information at the top of our FAQ page. How else could we possibly mention this to a customer?
