Very calm polite gentleman called Arshad .Arrived in a timely fashion.Explained everything and cleaned up on completion of job.

Definately recommenf this company.

An excellent install done by Arshad, he was extremely friendly from the initial call to let me know he was on route through to explaining everything he was going to do.
A really professional install that was never going to be an easy job …very neat and tidy top marks!

Great communication and service from start to finish, I was contacted by Suzanne from plugme in services to arrange installation date . I was informed at the time who my installer would be (Arshad) . On the day Arshad called ahead to confirm his arrival on the date and time specified originally . Perfect workmanship and professional throughout in his manner and respect for my home . Went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood all the workings of the charger and app information before leaving ! Highly recommended

great experience from start to finish lady phoned me to book instalation she was most helpful and polite the installer jack also very good arrived exactly on time introduced himself very friendly and polite explained everything he was going to do gave good advice were to have the charger placed .as he was fitting charger explained everything about how it works also before he left showed how to use the app for my charging needs made sure i was happy with instalation then cleaned up when finished i would highly reccomend plugmein and there instalation

The entire process was handled really well, from the first point of contact with Nick P, the planning and implementation with project manager Luke S, to the support and training with Sarah G, and finally installation. Chris M, James D and Jamie G were fantastic is getting our units installed, and did so in record time. I’d highly recommend PMI to anyone looking for EV charging solutions.

Arshad has been & fitted a wall box EV charger for me today, he was brilliant. Kept me or my husband updated the whole way through the process. Showed us how it worked before he left & tidied up after himself. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Arshad. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. The installation was quick and tidy. Unfortunately the job was not complete due to readings from the main supply however Arshad was helpful throughout this process, helping communicate the issue with national grid. His expertise and friendly attitude made the experience stress-free. I am very satisfied with his service and will definitely call him again for future electrical needs.

Chris from Plug me in has just fitted my EV charger. What a lovely gentleman and how he didn't swear when he saw where my electric fuse board was I don't know, it is in a tight cupboard not much room to move. I have a problem with the app and talked me through it no problem. Many thanks.

Arshad from “Plug me in” just installed our new EV charger. What a great guy! He called us to let us know his arrival time, discussed the best plan and route, to fit and install the charger, isolation switch and cable. Cleaned up after the installation and then gave a really clear and informative tutorial on how to use it. I would recommend Arshad and “Plug me in” to anyone.
