Excellent communication from scheduling to install.
John arrived on time for my Ohme ePod EV charger install. Explained every step of the process, before proceeding with a very professional install. Very happy with the work done on the day and very happy with my new charge point.
As a side note, Suzanne from the call centre was also excellent with her pre calls regarding arranging the appointment.

Professional Service
Very happy with our EV charger installation. We were contacted in advance by both the company and the engineer, Dave, who arrived early and was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do including how long it would take which was very helpful as my husband and I were both working from home. He demonstrated how the charger and the app work and gave helpful advice to help us make the most of them. He was very patient and happy to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend this company.

Dave came to install a new Indra Smart Pro home charger today. Arrived early and carried out the work efficiently and professionally to a high standard. Dave then talked me through all the charging capabilities and the app usage. Everything explained thoroughly. Great experience and happy with my new charger!

the whole team were brilliant
the whole team were brilliant , installed a heat pump.
Advised us every step of the way nothing was too much trouble.
Had radiators fitted and an extra wifi remote.
So good you couldn’t tell they had installed everything.
Recommend them to anyone.
Any problems they said give them a call.
