Installation was completed quickly and with no power interruption. The install is neat and tidy. Engineer was friendly and arrived as scheduled. I don’t rate the Ohme Pro particularly highly, but this is not anything to do with this installer, that was just the product offered by Volvo.

We highly recommend Plug It In.
James, the “Plug It In” installer arrived on time and was not only very knowledgeable but extremely polite and courteous. His installation was clean and totally professional - keeping us informed at all times. We had some wiring problems but, James, showing extreme patience and tenacity, managed to solve this. I can honestly say that this is a company that my wife and I can highly recommend. Thank you James and Plug It In.

Excellent service from start to finish.
The whole process was made easy with simple steps to follow. The installation was completed to the highest standard and the areas were left clean and tidy. The installer was polite and set up mobile app and explained everything. Not used the charger yet as my car has not arrived.

Great service, great price, would definitely recommend
Great service, professional install, excellent price.
I searched for months to try and find a car charger for my new car and the costs were extremely expensive. After a bit of searching I came across plug it in group who offered great products for a fraction of the price. It originally sounded too good to be true but I’m glad I trusted the company. The customer service was excellent, couldn’t fault it. The install was quick and the team seem very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Top class service
The team doing the install really made an effort to find the most cost effective solution. It wasnt straight forwards due to the location of my garage but the team were willing to try the cheaper method rather than immediately reverting to a solution requiring costly ground works. All other Co's just straight away qouted for the more expensive route - but they were clearly wrong.
I would fully recommend Plug It In
