It was very helpful to have a zoom call to set up the shipping plugin for the 2 week trial - not many plugins offer that!
I found Touseef to responsive and clear with his help via email and during the zoom call.

This plugin takes all of the pain and aggravation of keeping up with the ever changing cost of postage. Teams call was excellent and helped me set the plugin up to do exactly what was needed. Just the best customer support, always happy to jump on a call or teams meeting to help.

PluginHive has really responsive and robust support from its staff. I usually get an email reply within hours. They are willing to login to the backend or jump on Zoom to resolve issues. They really stand behind their products. I have been using them for my shipping solutions for a long time now for multiple webstores and their customer support shines through. Their plugins also offer great features and value. My main suggestion to them is to improve UX and aesthetics of their design but these are a bit less important, and their other attributes really shine through so I am willing to give them a 5 star rather than 4 star rating.

Plugin works great for shipping with Purolator in Canada. Shipping rates show on my cart and I generate labels in seconds. Had an issue recently and was able to book a Zoom call with support the same day. They found the problem in 2 minutes and all was working after that.

This company has some excellent products. I use them for WooCommerce plugins. In particular their UPS solution and TForce Freight solution are excellent. They even did some custom work to improve the capabilities of our shipping options.
