Biggest con ever received my order the case was rubbish didn’t hold the charger on the magnetic ring the plug charger is even worse takes ages to charge it well I say charge it been on charge 8 hours only two white lights showing then there’s the fake looking AirPods one of mine wasn’t even working the sound quality is terrible cheap Chinese crap shame because advertising looks good will never use them again I recommend DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY honestly!

Terrible customer service.
Order was duplicated and this was not rectified. No option to return or receive refund. They don’t offer this option.
Do not order from this brand.

Absolute garbage. The power bank isn’t fast charging at all. Gets very warm quickly. The ear pods that it came with, only one works

Got a tracking number once I’d contacted to say I was reporting to my bank for fraudulent sales. Arrived soon after. The earbuds work, the charger is loose on the back of my phone, the GPS tracker doesn’t connect to the app.

OMG - I sohuld have known better, took over two weeks to arrive the case didn't fit my phone and yes I did have the right model. The charger when used was so hot it felt dangerous and the headphones constantly drop out. I haven't even bothered to open the tracker. What a rip off and I know I don't stand a chance of getting my money back.

Scam. Website looks professional, promises quick delivery of goods that are advertised as high quality and with the price your paying you expect that to be the case, However when you pay it’s clear that this is goods that you could buy from websites such as DH or alixpress. I was told 3 days for delivery, it took over 3 weeks. The customer service is a bot called Emma who fires out basic responses.

The item then arrived, faulty, smells of burning when I attach it to my phone and charges my phone by 5% in 3 hours, it smells like it could potentially go on fire so I’ve stopped using it.

Naturally, “Emma” is putting up barriers to me having it exchanged or a refund.

Please avoid this absolute scam.

Ordered wrong cover. Yes my fault asked if cud exchange. Yes they sed Emma is just a very robotic Customer service employee! She’s not very good at all!
They refused to exchange even tho the question/answer statements say they do
Do not order they just take ur money and the power bank doesn’t give any more than 37% battery before it’s run out. Shocking. Waste of £47 !

Ordered pink iPhone 15 case and charger
They sent white iPhone 15 pro max!
Speaking to “Emma” on email is like a robot!!! Same name diff pic in her signature each time!!.. took ages to come!! And the boxes were damaged upon arrival!! Furious because it cost £45!!! I want a refund!

This dodgy site appeared as an ad on my Facebook (as they all do when prying on what you search) the AD was a hard waring screen protector unlike any others, I thought I would give it a go. For the price at £17 I received a different screen protector than what I ordered, I have sent multiple emails to the address advertised to a standard Outlook email address "usplug(atsign)outlook.com" yet to no avail, no response no courtesy to rectify my issue. Taken the money and gone. This site ran from China is appalling. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Don’t use this company. Their shopping experience is confusing. I accidentally ordered a second package when I thought I was confirming my original order. For a phone I don’t even have! When the package did arrive, damaged and poor quality. Trying to get a refund was impossible. They basically stated they don’t do refunds or returns. Rip off!

Don’t bother they won’t even let me send my purchase back as it’s the wrong item. They said they can’t refund it only if it’s damaged upon arrival. I’m left with a iPhone 15 pro max charger pad and cover that doesn’t fit my phone I’ve got a iPhone 14

I ordered a phone case for my iPhone which cost me £16.90 as it was down from £30.00 and it arrived 4 weeks later even tho the delivery was expected to arrive within 10 working days, when I opened the case it wasn’t the case that was advertised, it was a normal phone case that I could have got in a local phone shop. Emailed the company about the product to see if I could return the product and receive a full refund and they emailed me back and told me to use the product and that they couldn’t offer me a refund or to return the product. This company sells products in the region of £80.00 and they don’t offer you a refund

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

Ordered online, & I think it was intentionally confusing/ easy to select it twice, so accidentally ordered 2. So within 5seconds of ordering, I emailed asking for a refund on the one. The reply was “it’s in transit”. I followed up 2 days later, the reply was “trust us, it will arrive”.
It’s took nearly 2.5 weeks to come. It’s extremely cheap quality & the case is a bad fit, I also can’t wireless charge on any of my stands. I’ve emailed a number of times asking for a refund which they say they don’t offer.
Terrible experience, & looking at the other reviews, it seems to be not just me.

I purchased a power bank firstly they did not send any transactional details such as order number or invoice. After 10 days I checked as I thought I did not order the item and I had been charged not once but twice. I then emailed them they then replied yes your item
Is on its way which took ages to come. I have emailed 100 of times as I want to return the item but a Emma keeps emailing saying they do not offer refunds! Even though website clearly states that we can return items for a refund.

Stuck with the item I do t want, been double charged and the clearly say you can not have your money back!!!

Pink one stopped working after only a few uses & now the white one is playing up too & will probably stop altogether soon if the other one is anything to go by,I've emailed the company regarding these issues & ive had no response so far ! This is the 1st negative review I have ever left for any product I have bought online,that's how strongly I would advise any potential buyer to stay well clear of this product & company ! I ordered the phone charger case for my iPhone 12 mini, it took ages to arrive and only actually worked once when I stuck it to the back of the case. It works if you plug the cable into it but not how it was advertised. I can’t even be bothered to send it back as the customer service is terrible.

Very bad, avoid!

I placed an order, and received a tracking number. Today I received a message saying the product had been delivered, so I hopped onto the tracking site. Suspiciously, I then shortly after received a phishing parcel tracking scam sms.

I tried to contact the site in various ways and got nowhere, except the last attempt I was given a link to join a tech support site, for a low price, today only and I could cancel at any time!

Absolute scam, avoid!
