Didn't receive product of 2 chairs. Only received 2 plastic beads. No communication whatsoever. Review isn't even worth one star.

DO NOT order from here! Absolute scam. I ordered earlier this month. Says that it is still in transit. I went to look at their website for more delivery details/updates and their website no longer exists. Disgusting scam £54 down the drain.

If I could give zero I would! A month on and still no delivery after saying it was delivered. Contacted company and seems email has not delivered! Absolute con!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Scam!

I ordered chairs from the website. I received an email 2 days later stating that they were in route (from China). One month later, I still had not received them. When I checked the tracking it stated that it was both in transit and delivered. I attempted to contact customer service and the email bounced back. I tried to go to the website and cannot access it. Total scam.

I ordered through Facebook (should have been my first warning but pictures looked great and the website says UK). Heard bad things so emailed asking if the product was in the UK like stated, or coming from China, and also if I could return to a UK address for free if unhappy about the quality. Got a reply saying I can return for free.

Two weeks go by, I get an email saying it has been delivered. Confused I checked the front door as I definitely did not take delivery of a chair. Instead of the £35 chair I’d ordered, a small plastic bead had been posted through the letterbox. Whether this was a genuine mistake or scam I am unsure, but the product did indeed come from China which they had not answered when asked.

I contacted them asking for a refund and stating how unhappy I was, got a reply saying don’t worry we will look into it. Had to email again stressing I was not interested at all and want my money back. I had a reply saying the refund has been processed and it will be back with me in 7 days.

7 days come and go, no refund. Didn’t bother asking them again just showed all the screenshots to my bank and got a chargeback. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered set of 2 chairs. In October no updates and now tracking says that it’s unavailable go onto link and shock horror nothing. Sent email to chase up and get a non deliverable one back do not order from here lost £60 which I couldn’t really afford to loose!!
