I always appreciate the personal service from pleo. however, the website is not particularly user-friendly, things take a long time to load, especially in the export view.

Probably a good service but they did not accept my startup wood shop company as a customer without any fprm of explanation except their "internal policies and alignment with Pleo’s current business priorities and risk appetite" as if a small woodworking shop is a high risk engagement for a card holder. I wouldn't have any questions about a principle of not giving a kredit for startups the first months or even year, but just shutting off any engagement whatsoever seems very strange to me.

When the bot could not help it quickly transferred over to actual support with Constance on the line we managed to figure out what i was missing in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
