Charged for Services NOT Received & Horrible Customer Service Response...
I placed 6 orders to boost 6 reels with 1000 views each. They provided the service for only 2 reels. I reached out and let them know I only received it for 2 reels and was still due 1000 views each for the other 4 reels. They advised that they refunded for 2 of the reels due to a bad link, so I checked my credit card and saw the refund for the 2. I asked about the remaining 2 that were missing with no response. Since there was no phone number to call, I sent an email about the other missing 2 the next day and received no response. I sent an email again the following day and received no response. I checked my credit card and didn't see a refund there for the missing 2. I reached out again via Chat to ask if they were providing the views or refunding my account for the missing 2. I also sent a screenshot of my credit card statement showing I was charged for 6 services. I let them know I received services for 2 of my reels and noted a refund for 2 of my purchases. I asked if they'd resolve the final 2 that were due and the person on the other end said that I was scamming them and a bad customer and they were going to block me. I asked why I would be considered a bad customer for bringing to their attention that I didn't receive services for 2 of my 6 purchases. Abdul, the rep, said not to use their services again, that I was blocked. I had been a consistent customer for months with no complaints and this was the 1st time they didn't provide the services purchased. He said they didn't want my business, that I was a bad customer and a scammer and that they blocked me from using their services again. I said I would like to speak to a manager or owner and he said to email Support. I was treated terribly simply for letting them know I did not receive something I was charged for. I would say, GO ELSEWHERE! Their services aren't worth the hassle or the unnecessary, uncalled for insults. Abdul is projecting, because they're the scammers, getting angry at a customer for bringing to their attention that I didn't receive what I purchased. They charged my credit card for something I didn't get and then berated me for bringing it to their attention in order to get a resolution. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. For someone to berate a good, loyal customer for nicely asking for a resolution, where they took money without providing a service. The response should've been that they were sorry I didn't receive the service and to either offer to provide the service or to refund it. Instead, I was told I was a scammer and a bad customer and that they blocked me and to never use their service again. What kind of company condones this type of response when they're in the wrong... a very bad one.
