Item broke within a month with no support
Item intially got stuck in delivery which they were good about but once arrived it broke after a month. I asked for a refund / replacement and they asked for videos to send to manufacture to see the issue. I sent the video where you could clearly see part of the toy had stopped working. After this they ghosted my emails for now 3+ months and essentially scammed me / stole my money. For a ‘ethical’ company this is outrageous
