Great pillow and superb customer service.
The pillow is soft, had a nice design and generates plenty of heat. I choose this brand because of the excellent reviews. Which turned out to be true because when I had problem with the accu I contacted them by mail, they responded within hours and sent me a complete new heating element and accu the next day!

We contacted Pleafs to help us with our employee gifts. Their response time is lightning fast—it took only 2 hours between our first contact and the order. Less than 24 hours later, the heating pillows were delivered! They are very high quality, have beautiful fabrics, and come in a nice box! We highly recommend them!

Bought a first edition last year. Tried it on this year, but it didnt work anymore. I filled in a contactform and Sydney reached out. He offered me to send a new edition pillow for free! Did not asked for this, and was rather overwhelmed by this gesture.
