I had trouble in the begining getting the software to download. I contact customer support and got quick reply back. The problem was solved and I was able to get the software downloading. Thank you so much for the help!!

Unable to download software successfully. When contacting customer support, feedback given is not very helpful or informative. Company simply repeats the poorly written instructions provided over and over again. Go directly thru Microsoft for your software needs - save yourself the hassle!

Wonderful experience. I'm an old guy with little computer skills. Had a problem with installation. Contacted Plazasoftware and had a quick response from Chris and problem solved. Program installed and works fine. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I have had considerable problems with Microsoft over the past few years. The most recent was trying to get the license authorized for MS Office that I had bought and downloaded from Plaza Software. After numerious times trying to go through the Microsoft authorization process, I turned to the Support team at Plaza Software Support. Over the course of two days, various attempts were made to complete the authorization process. Finally after many emails back and forth, many copies of pages, many windows from Microsoft, the Support group concluded my system needed to uninstall the Offiice copy I had downloaded and my computers system cleaned. They provided me with a program for doing just that. I ran the program, then downloaded Office again and installed. This process was authorized by Microsoft and now I have Office fully operational again. I will rely on these guys for any future dealings with Microsoft softwear in the future.

I purchased a program for one computer and it was easy and successful. (I have had troubles and am having troubles with another 2 companies). Because of the problems with other companies, I am going to order more licenses from PLAZASOFTWARE for my other computers.

There was an issue with code provided and it was unable to authenticate. This would typically render a negative review, however, the customer service were on top of it and working with me on what I had already tried and talked me through the specific process my computer required to allow the upgrade. Great Customer Service and will use again without a doubt.

I had a problem with the download. I'm not sure if I caused it or not, but all it took was for me to describe the problem & almost instantly I received an email back telling me what to do. That solved the problem & very soon it was downloaded & installed. Excellent service & price!

I was very suspicious about the authenticity of the company based on the great price. After reading many reviews and doing research, I decided to make a purchase. Many of the reviews mentioned issues with downloading the software but also noted that customer service was outstanding. I found the same to be true. James was great and very responsive; more importantly, the product works as expected. I recommend this company and appreciate the cost savings. Thank you Plazasoftware.

Ordered software (MS office 19) but had a bit of trepidation that it was legit and/or that it would be complicated to download and install. I followed the instructions which seemed straight forward and uncomplicated but when I thought I had completed the process I could not find the program on my computer. I immediately contacted Plazasoftware with my problem and Chris got back to me almost immediately with feedback and direction to solve the problem. As I followed the directions I saw that I had missed the final “install” step on the MS site so was able to complete the installation without difficulty.
It was really reassuring to get immediate reply to my email and direction to solve my issue (turned out to be my oversight). Thank you Chris for your immediate help that steered me in the right direction to complete the process……… it turned out to be easy after all!

Excellent customer support service and product. will definitely buy for again and will be my first choice. I had trouble with my install "it was on my part" Chris form customer support gave me step by step instruction and even sent me links that I needed. made it very simple to fix my issue.

Service was the best. Im not technological savvy so I had problem with trying to download. Contact sales people and within an hour responded and helped me get it done. Most appreciated it. Highly recommended. GB

I've bought two software versions of Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student 2019. One for Mac and one for PC. They both have worked great, I had some issues installing the PC version. I contacted support and they help me out. I would recommend it!

I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option
i purchased ms office 2019 home/business and asked for a 32 bit installer because that is what my accounting software requires. i got no responses to my chat or contact form or email for 24 hours. when they did respond they sent me a link to an img file which was tying up my computer for 2-3 hours and still not even half downloaded
i previously worked with mychoicesoftware and they were very helpful but i thought i would go for the better price. You get what you pay for and hopefully paypal will refund my $

A+++ Seller Trusted E-Commerce Site, customer service helped me find the email download copy of the Microsoft Software. It came to the inbox within 2 minutes or less. Unfortunately with hotmail that I am not a big fan of customer service was able to provide me my license and download link through the customer chat. Then I was able to pin point the email confirmation they sent it from to find it in chaos hotmail. The software was bought at 8:39 am. Customer service helped me at 8:41 am and the software is downloaded as of 8:42 am. This company rocks and is legitimate! I will tell my friends about this company. Have a blessed day and year :)

This was a 5-star experience. I ordered a program which I could not download and open successfully. Plazasoftware worked with me all day (at no charge) until the program operated as it should. I really, really appreciate the time they took and their patience.
