I'm absolutely furious! I've been playing for over a week, staking more than £10,000, and after finally winning, the live chat team assured me my winnings were safe and would be paid out. While waiting for my £11,000 withdrawal, I spent another £5,000.They ask for my bank statement and proof of address. I send them everything they asked for. What do I get in return? An email saying my account has been closed and my money confiscated! Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of sick joke? I've thrown away £15,000, and now they're trying to steal my £11,000 winnings. This is daylight robbery! They blatantly stole my money, all while reassuring me that I’d be paid, just to tempt me to play more.

Absolutely scum they will do anything and ignored to not paying out your winnings. Customer services rubbish and helpless all they do copy and paste the same answer every time you trying to contact them. Save your money play somewhere else.

They don’t honour bonuses. Don’t waste your time they are collecting your data and scamming. I’m never going to log back into that site again. I verified my phone number for a bonus and they refused to honour it. Bad service on chat and email. Awful casino.

when you win they will not pay out.
They stole over £300 from me and kept saying they had sent the funds and it was my bank that was the issue when clearly it was them making every excuse not to pay so please avoid at all costs!!! Still to this day I have received nothing

So as everyone on here a have had a bad experience won 1600 pound requested withdrawal pended for 2 days and disappeared apparently refused by my bank !!!! and I have to wait for a email . I’m sorry this site needs to be closed

I spend 1.900£ in one day and no bonus no big win changing games and really the website is very poor if you want win some money.

I too played at this site about 6 weeks back and didn't get paid.
They sent me email saying my bank santander had refused the withdrawals, they then asked for several months bank statements then ignored me for over a month after I sent them blocking my account and refusing to pay my £870.
Someone needs to do something about these horrid people.

Absolute joke of a company blocked account after I tried to withdraw money been constantly on touch trying to find out what is going on only to be fobed would give minus stats if possible

Have been playing at this site for ages then when I tried to bank some money they all of a.sudden want pictures of a card that I don't have and haven't even used on the account in over a year and are now ignoring me when I'm asking what's going on!! Bare in mind I'm already verified on this site and have been for way over a year now!! Won £90 from casino. Got an email from them asking to submit bank statements claiming they couldn't process payout. I sent a statement by email. They never replied and locked my account.
