Playtika Disabled my Slotomania game…

Playtika Disabled my Slotomania game with no explanation and no fault of mine. I have sent a complaint twice now. I tried again today and can’t even get to Customer Support! I have played this game for years and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Being retired and a widow, this game gives me relaxation and have joined a group who became friends! I keep getting Notifications from the game, but like I said it’s not there! Help!

Beware the value of the "free" spins.

I've have been playing House of Fun for over 10 years. I have spent about $2,000.00 on their games. Yes, I got "hooked"! Here's the most resent trick of theirs that helped to stop me from spending my money... Let's say you are betting 480 million coins with each spin, and you win free spins. The value of each spin goes down to 400 million coins per free spin.

Bad news

Bad news! Ads pop up in the middle of spins. (do they tamper with the spin?) Side games, e.g. Fortune Palace, pop up anytime they want.

Do not believe anything customer support tells you. I've caught them in lies and other misrepresentations many times. They like to "gaslight" you. I even have documentation.

If you don't mind irritating interruptions, and don't mind being lied to, play this game. Just keep in mind that they've been sued before, even lost a class action suit.

Playtika ruined my laptop with malware…

Playtika ruined my laptop with malware because I didn't spend enough money. It was such a severe and protracted campaign waged against me that I was forced to buy a new laptop with a budget that didn't have room for it. And what's really crazy is they maintain this extremely vigilant posture by dedicating resources that identified me when I tried to return to their site to play a game, and immediately started attacking me all over again. I actually spent money on their site too. I would deposit like $10 every once in a while just to show I was appreciative. It was never enough and they ultimately destroyed my computer. It could be the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced in my life, but make no mistake about it, this is a vicious business that will attempt to destroy you for daring to play their games that they make for our entertainment?

SCAM

If there were zero stars in the options, I would choose it. I want to comment on the game Solitaire Grand Harvest for playtika.com. They are very dishonest. They steal from your pocket in various ways. They sell cards and items to you expensively but buy the same items back from you cheaply. They are scammers and fraudsters. Please do not spend any money on games owned by this company.

I've played the 3 B tournement and OMG I hitted the big win 7.5T, but in a wink of an eye, the 7.5T turned into 6B, gladly I had the screenshot, but didn't send it right away, to see whzt they would say. And indeed, in their logs I landed on 6B not on the big hit of 7.5T.

PLAYTIKA/SLOTOMANIA AVOID AT ALL COST

Slotomania masquerades as a fun, free-to-play social casino, but beneath its cheerful facade lies a predatory system designed to exploit players and drain their wallets.

Manipulative Game Mechanics:

The slot machines in Slotomania are notoriously tight. Winning anything substantial feels nearly impossible, and the constant near-misses prey on players' hopes, encouraging them to keep spinning in the vain pursuit of a big win. This is further exacerbated by the relentless barrage of "special offers" and limited-time deals that interrupt gameplay every few seconds, creating a sense of urgency and FOMO designed to manipulate players into spending money.

Predatory Monetization:

Slotomania's entire business model revolves around extracting money from its users. The in-game currency, coins, is depleted quickly, forcing players to either wait for agonizingly slow replenishment or succumb to the pressure to purchase more. The game constantly dangles the illusion of bigger wins and exclusive features behind paywalls, preying on players' desire for progress and status.

Appalling Customer Service:

When I finally decided to break free from this manipulative system and requested to delete my account, I encountered a new level of deception. Instead of providing a simple and straightforward process, Slotomania responded with a series of evasive tactics designed to discourage me from leaving. Their initial response was a condescending inquiry into my reasons for wanting to delete my account, followed by a convoluted multi-step process with email confirmation and a one-month waiting period. This blatant disregard for user rights and the complete lack of transparency regarding data retention are unacceptable.

Conclusion:

Slotomania is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It lures players in with the promise of free entertainment but then employs a range of manipulative tactics to exploit their vulnerabilities and extract money. Their customer service is equally appalling, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for user rights and privacy. If you're looking for a fun and fair casino experience, steer clear of Slotomania. This app is nothing more than a predatory trap designed to drain your wallet and leave you feeling frustrated and exploited.

Recommendation: Avoid Slotomania at all costs. There are plenty of other online casino games that offer a more enjoyable and ethical experience.

Greed over product integrity

I was a player of Redecor, a casual game run by Playika. Like many others, I have seen the integrity of the game plunged since Playika went public and started rapid acquisition of other gaming companies.

Recent revised game algorithm and design appears to have introduced biases to the voting mechanism. Forcing players to pay far more and get no playing satisfaction and only frustration and stress from their years of loyalty to the game.

It appears the company now prioritizes revenue over product quality, brand loyalty, and customer experience. I would usually not comment, but the changes are drastic and have negativity impacted most loyal PAYING players causing them to leave on mass.

Short term outlook that for years was a successful game provider. That speaks of greed winning over integrity.
