Bought 20 itunes gift cards costing about 2500NZ and didn't receive any. Already reported to the police here in my country Portugal and Visa chargeback process already begun. P.S. received many transactions i don't recognize in the card used to purchase and bank has already all information for the Visa chargeback process.

This customers order was flagged as suspicious by our system and after a brief investigation it was determined that it is highly likely this was not a legitimate purchase so the order was cancelled and refunded.
Since posting this review the real owner of the credit card used for these orders has reached out to us and confirmed that their credit card and paypal account were compromised and the transactions were illegitimate.
It was my first ever time getting a pc and my friend bought his from playtech so i guess i would too since they have the best budget pc's,the guy when i went to buy it was really friendly super kind and patient and im so glad i bought my pc here,the pc fans are kinda quite but everything is great and with some optomizing i get around 600fps in creative.
I'd like to thank you team and the manager for all the effort and support you provided us with. You made my little 12 year old one happy child. Thank you for all your help this one is for the manager. Thanks to the team that build the computer as well really stunning and reasonably priced.

Bought some NZ Nintendo Eshop cards as it's very hard to find online compared to other regions.
Came within an hour or so of ordering. Do note it's best to order when they are open.
Recommended my friends to use this site as well.

Excellent service. I had a small issue with the PC but after I contacted them it was resolved very quickly and with no hassle. The PC itself is great as well, and their resources are great for helping with setup. I can definitely recommend Playtech NZ if you're looking for a gaming PC

Fantastic customer service and great products! I bought a Moza R5 bundle from them and it has changed the way I experience simulator racing. A very fast and efficient "talk to us" feature that works a charm if you need help. Thank you Dan! Even though I experienced delays with NZ Post delivering items, this is out of their control and their customer service feature more than made up for the delay. Overall, highly recommended!

In March 2022 I ordered a Hunter Silver Gaming Pc, It is a well-built pc with an amazing warranty. And They Do stress tests to make sure your computer is working well before shipping it to you. I had a issue with my pc, so I contacted them and they replied quickly and fixed my pc in only 5 days way faster than other brands.

I ordered a google play card for 50 bucks in the morning. I had to wait untill 11PM, only to get an email asking me to provide them with ID. LMFAO, what a bunch of clowns, I am surely going to send my private info over email for a 50 nzd google play order. Get real dudes or stop selling game codes if you don't deliver them.

Often times if there is an issue with incorrect, mismatched or misspelled information on a transaction the bank will flag the transfer as fraudulent and ask us to confirm ID - this is not unique to us and is common practice in Ecommerce.
People are getting confused with playtech.com and playtech.co.nz, which is what this review is pertaining to. Playtech.com is a casino software developer for online casino games while PlayTech Co. NZ is a computer and gaming shop (similar to EB games or GameStop) who are based in New Zealand. All the negative reviews are pointing to the casino developer. If you need to review the casino developer, go to the trustpilot page for playtech.COM. It’s just unfortunate that both share the same name “PlayTech” but do not confuse the two. This review page is for the New Zealand computer and gaming console store.
It was a pleasant experience to do business with PlayTech NZ. I had a terrible customer service experience with Ggstore NZ. They do not accept USA payments (and probably all foreign payments for that matter) but PlayTech NZ did and was very accommodating. Thank you for the smooth process and I would definitely recommend everyone, especially international buyers, to do business with PlayTech NZ. You guys get 5 stars for excellent customer service! 🙌🏽💯
Ordered two steam cards on the 20th. On the site it says 1 hour or same day delivery. It's been 4 days now and these scammers don't deliver a god damn thing. My bank transfer was instantly available to them also.
