Bulgaria Ps store - no deal tab

Our Playstation store in Bulgaria has been left without a deals tab for over 2 months (since dec 2025) due to the transition to euro January 2026. After the transition the prices are off the charts and there are still no deals (no Christmas deals, no new year deals, no January sale, no critics choice deals...). Support doesn't reply on their Facebook page for over a month now (it's like the page is dead). I tried chatting - the chatbot is completely useless, I tried calling got hanged on multiple times before finally reaching support that told me that they know but don't have a date for a resolution. I understand Bulgaria is far from a priority for Sony, but they could at least make an official statement! Anything at all instead of radio silence !

Absolutely sucks with support

Absolutely sucks with support. You can't get anyone on a damn phone to solve a damn thing. I cannot recover my account, I cannot change my email, i cannot link my new PS5 to the app. I can't do shit and can't get any help through support. I'm taking the damn thing back to the store and get my money back. PlayStation is a waste of time. Absolutely cannot stand PlayStation.

Rubbish

They take my money earlier and earlier leaving me with no money. On top of this what am I actually paying for? Nothing because the console has no good games to play. All the best games are on PS4 and this has been the most disappointing cash grabbing generation of gaming ever. I'm already on my 3rd controller because these new ones break so easily from regular use, the fan in the console is busted because the thing has poor ventilation and is badly designed with cheap plastic. My console was a year old and already started to malfunction. The software updates risk breaking your console every time. Can't buy my kid one because it is a waste of money when you weigh it up with all the risks.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
The whole process of trying to get some support is difficult and frustrating.
To pass security they expect me to know the serial number of the PlayStation that the account was first set up on!
When I finally manage to get through to someone on live chat, I get completely ignored.
We will definitely be changing to Xbox.

Bought a addon that will not work and now they refuse to give me a refund because it "does not fit their return policy. If a addon is faulty then it should be refunded. Plain and simple. What's the harm. If it's refunded then you can not use that addon. They are just money hungry and when they refuse to give u a refund and u continue it refuses to put you back through to a agent. Be careful what you buy from psn because if it don't work you can forget about getting your money back. After my membership ends I will be going to xbox

Playstation support is utterly useless

Been a Playstation user for decades but costumer support pisses me off so much I’m gonna switch to Xbox now.

1st time i ever call them because i got suspended due to report abuse by a random group of people.

The laziest sounding employee I’ve ever spoken to answers the phone and tells me there’s nothing he can do, despite they have 2 rules regarding false reports.

Absolutely useless support that doesn’t give 2 cents.

I can’t use half my games, that i paid for.

So advice for anyone looking for a console, do not pick Playstation.

Xbox is the future.

Get a gaming PC

their support is useless. You need to wait for hours to get to them, they reply once every 10 minutes never reading your reply. They disconnect the second they believe they solved the issue. If they did not you need to wait another hour to get a new rep that will ask you the same questions and refuse to read your previous chat to get an idea what happed... and you guest it. Provide the same solution that is not working twice for good measure.

Absolute waist of time

Absolute waist of time, trying to recover my account wanted serial number of PS4. Typed this in carefully but they say we cant help you further so I ask why not they say the serial number is incorrect so I check it again its correct then they terminate the chat. So I try again but they won't let me, says back so some try again later. What utter crap! I tried again this time I got asked other questions they said to look at my emails on the email server that has been shut down it must be a bot as no human would ask such stupid questions when you cant access the email

Hopefully you haven't got a PlayStation yet!

So bad, but I really don't think they are bothered. Xbox has only slightly better reviews, so which one do you go for? 😂

I short, my issue was an accidental purchase online by my daughter, which has turned out to be a £74.99p mistake. PS must be hard up for cash, as they flat out refuse to even entertain the idea of a refund, despite Rockstar games telling me that PS are able to do it.

I've gone back to Rockstar now to see if there's anything they can do, as they can see that the purchase hasn't been used and is well within the 14 days since purchase, but seeing as it was PS that took the money; I won't hold my breath.

If only there was a company that would release a decent console that actually had decent customer service!

Don't go to Playstation. Maybe a gaming computer instead?!!

PlayStation is so cheap with headsets…

PlayStation is so cheap with headsets and psn panels like you pay almost a hundred bucks for decent pair of headphones and I got my foot caught on one of my wires to my ps6 and it ended up dropping. My usb adapter for my headset broke so now I need a new usb adapter and pieces of my panel on the ps5 also chipped of when I only had the panels for a month or 2. I get it partly my fault for it breaking but come on ps5 I didn’t know you where this cheap for how much they charge for stuff. PlayStation yall need to get your stuff together. I’m not comfortable talking to customer service since they don’t give a damn either about us customers.

Imagine a platform where you cant even talk like an adult


Imagine building an account for over a decade, spending thousands of dollars, and then having it permanently erased because you didn’t speak like a corporate training video in a private party chat.

PlayStation’s moderation is completely disconnected from reality. If you don’t talk in a sanitized, overly polite way at all times, you’re gambling your entire digital library. No warnings that matter, no proportional punishment, no real appeal — just a permanent ban and “policy says so.”

The only thing this company has ever cared about is the money, the customer support and unban appeal is just the worst i have ever seen, same with the rules

This isn’t about protecting players, it’s about zero-tolerance automation with zero accountability. Other platforms mute, suspend, or warn. PlayStation deletes your entire history.

If you value your purchases, your memories, or your time, understand this clearly: one report is all it takes. You’re not a customer here — you’re a liability.

I’m done investing in a terrible platform where you have to talk like a PR script to keep what you paid for. Terrible job at sony

This is not fair

i got banned for 3 days for offences in arc raider . The guy even said sorry a couple times. Why i cant play in Fifa Clubs(a game with no option to talk, or use mic)? Ridiculuos . I cant even appeal to at least let me play fifa becouse you can only appeal to 6 mounth or permanent ban. How is this even fair? I spent money on all of this. And becouse a guy shot 4 friendy in the back and i get a bit angry after 270 friendy hours with only a couple kills ? This is totaly Unfair

I would first like to say that…PlayStation customer service are thieves

I would first like to say that PlayStation is a bunch of thieves when I accidentally purchased an online version when my daughter tried to go on and play and got booted right back out because she didn’t subscribe to PlayStation plus I had to then purchase the story mode version a second time and they refused to refund me the money for my accidental purchase it is an absolute horrible, horrible horrible customer service. PlayStation sucks.
