I've been trying to cash out for over a year and every time I get the email that after checks I'll receive my payment, yet I never did. I have over 10 such 'verification' emails

If I would have rated this a year ago I would have given it 5 stars as I received numerous payouts. The last time I requested a payout was about 6 months ago and have heard nothing back. I have made numerous attempts to contact them and have heard nothing back. As everyone else has said, "Stay away. Stay far far away."

Scam website. Been trying to get money for months and still got nowhere

Absolute scam. You can't redeem your points and they don't answer emails. Games rubbish too for no reward. Stay well clear!!!!!

I got to the required number of points to redeem £50 sent the request for payment got nothing have sent numerous emails asking where my payment is got nothing back complete waste of time 😡

This app is a scam. I have been playing now and collecting points for 4 years and never cashed out. I have now decided to cash out at the sum of £200 and I am unable to do so. The app tells me I will have my money in 14 days max. It has now been 3 months. I have tried multiple times to contact the team and have yet to receive a reply. Do not get involved with this app.

I've been trying to cash out for 2 months now. I have 22,000+ coins & it keeps saying I'll get the reward after they confirm my email. I've cashed $20 out a few times in the past but now no one is even getting back to me when I contact them. That is why my rating is a 2.

Agreed that it a scam. I be trying to get my £20 to PayPal 4 times now and nothing. It said that it be paid within 14 days and not a day more.bi redeem £20 on the 30th August. It now 11th October. That more than 14 days and more. I don't understand why you con people like this. There is too many lies going on and it not good for anyone. Nobody going to know what anything means if you carry on like this. It will catch up on you in the end. We get fed up trying to get money in that we will give with it. We throw all the money at you, said go on, have it all, and then go on to something else and banned money on the ground that it is now corrupt and not worth anything.

Big scam. Took from January to July to earn £20 playing rubbish games to the not be paid. No way to contact them because they ignore you. Put in a request for paypal payment lots of times but receive an email saying will pay within 14 days but they don't pay!
Thought I'd try and change it to an amazon voucher but still nothing. Don't waste your time on this app it's one big con! They earn money from other game developers by us playing but aren't passing on what they should be to us!!! 😠

Would give 0 if I could,like everyone else says get paid 1st time then nothing.Avoid at all costs

It won't pay out it keeps saying something went wrong try again later.
They never answer there emails

Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews they pay some people on their first attempt but never a second. If you wanna try it for the first payout do it but dont waste any time on a second payout because no money or reply will arrive. Get 20k points get your 20$ and delete. I give 5 stars as i learned the hard way they arent paying me again and it takes a long time to get to 20k and many refused points.. so i aint best pleased.

DO NOT USE. I did received a £20 PayPal pay-out previously. Now have 20000 points, did normal cash out on 23/6/23, verified my email address, email rec'd saying payment within 14 days. Nothing - no reply to my emails. Account still showing 20000 points, cashed out again 14/7/23 verified email address, payment promised within 14 days - nothing. AVOID THIS IS A SCAM SITE

Like everyone else, I got over 20,000 for £20 paypal and went to verify my email address and nothing at all.
I've emailed them twice and left a bad review on Google play...... silence.

Hope your so-called app crashes :)

One star is generous, I have used for a few years without issue until about 6 months ago where I didn't always recieve rewards but carried of as was near a payout, having reached points required I am not getting my payment, they are ignoring emails, I am leaving poor reviews everywhere I can to try and warn people and have reported them on the play store and recommend other do so.
