Same as everyone else with the wallet this is more of a FYI Playsdom has it so you have to jump thru hoops if you want a refund. PayPal will help but it is the shipping back. PayPal offers shipping reimbursement got a full refund of the "Clock" and shipping. You will have to take picture and upload. I did the cheapest longest shipping back possible with tracking thru USPS about $17.25 address they gave was Room 4, 16th Floor, Hao King Commercial Center, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok Kowloon, Kowloon HK
Shipped it back in the same envelope I got it in and said that in the PayPal comments
Got a refund from Playsdom in about a day and shipping refund in about 4 days.

Ordered a play yard in January received wallet instead and they kept telling me to send the wallet back I told them to send my play yard and a return package that was prepaid and I kept on them for a month I eventually got 30 of my 35.99 back

Well my clock.. oh I mean wallet came in today. So passed. Thank God I used PayPal. They should refund me promptly.. glad to see their site is down now

Sadly, you can add me to the list of victims of this scam. After 5 weeks I received a cheap wallet instead of the USB keyboard I had ordered. Another 5 weeks dealing with PayPal to get the merchant to agree to refund me in total. Then I discover that I have to pay for shipping with tracking, which costs more than I would have received in refund. Total rip-off. Never buying from a China/HongKong site again...

I see I'm not the only one. I am yet another victim of the clock/wallet scam. In summary, I ordered the clock kit for $23.99, plus $9.99 shipping, and two months later, received a rubbish plastic wallet that I wouldn't pay $2 for. After contacting customer service, I am told they would issue a refund and/or send the clock kit only AFTER I sent the wallet back to them. Not at all interested in doing the necessary paperwork and going to the post office to return their cheap wallet. Instead, filed a claim with PayPal. We'll see how that goes... Note: Their website has been taken down.

I was tricked by the same clock / wallet scam. This was the first time I've fallen for a scam on the internet. It'll be the last time I order anything from an unverified source that isn't Amazon.

I have been waiting about 2 months. I bought a gate for my baby. I pay $35 that the gate and shopping. I email them asking what’s taking long? They told me that they will give me 10% back for waiting so long. I get told that it’s here at my house and it’s a wallet. This is bull crap I didn’t get what I wanted for my baby or the 10%. Don’t buy from here. 😡😡😡

Please avoid at all costs scam merchants send out a cheap fake wallet instead of the items ordered AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAMMERS

Just like many other people here I ordered I car pop-up cabin and after two months waiting I got a cheap golden necklace. After I contacted Playsdom they told me it was the "shippers" fault because the shipper sent the wrong lot due to the holiday sales. Playsdom told me to resend the necklace so I could get a full refund. After saying no to that and demanding a full refund they did not answer back. Called paypal to complain and got got a police report saying that this was actually a scam so Paypal could take action. Although it's a hassle I am going to do it, so I can report these scammers and to be able to get a full refund. I was refunded a week alter after sending the documents to Paypal.

Be Careful, because there are other sites like "BettyChilde" (and many others) that have the same products, same website layout and everything. Playsdom is no longer available, but they are still around and still scamming people.

It is amazing to see that these scammers have a lot of ads over social media and the social media allows scams like this to be advertised on their pages...

It was too good to be true that a product that costs 299$ has a 23,99$ price tag on a shady website.

Shocking company. Do not buy from them. Order one thing, get a cheap nasty item sent by post so when queried they have a delivery note so no chance of getting money back. Scammers

Before anyone orders from this playsdom do some investigating first, like I should have done. But me thinking I was getting a great day because they always having sales around Christmas time I ordered this yellow duck fence because I do child care it looked nice and better then the one I had. Easy to put up and put away if I didn't need it. So Waiting on my order forgot about it so I just so happened to see a advertisement for it and I was like oh wait I ordered one where is mine at go check the site and it's gone no longer there 🙃😭. So I figured I put it in wrong so I go back to my order that I screenshot and I did put it in right the then up and ran away with my money so I disputed with PayPal n my credit card company that I had with PayPal. It's sad how people try and take advantage of people that work hard for their money 💰 just so they can make a quick buck. Y'all day will come. I Didn't want to give them a one star I wish I could give then a zero. Facebook need to stop these scammer from advertising on it because this is where we see them at, there and Instagram. Do y'all research and stop taking their money just to let them advertise on your sites.

Too bad I had to click a star. SCAM! Do not buy anything from them! Exact mo as other rating on here. Ordered a laser printer and got a plastic cheap piece of trash wallet. Had to send it back and pay over $17 shipping and fill out customs forms to send it back to China. Oh, I ended up getting money back I paid for item after several emails I sent threatening action against them. They promised to reimburse me shipping too, but I have not seen it yet. The ONLY reason I even got a refund of the original price is that I used PayPal. SCAM!

Friend asked me to order tent awning waited 2 months and cheap necklace appeared. If you paid thru PayPal then put in a dispute, after they initially offered 10% they’ve now paid back full amount

UPDATE Like others I order the clock and got a crappy wallet. I spent a couple mins wrote a semi nasty note to them accused them of illegal activity and will report them to paypal if they don't refund my money, And surprise I got the money credited to my my papal , have to eat the shipping but hey this is something so write them and demand money back
