I would like to give ZERO stars as I have not received the item I paid for. They keep sending me replies that they show it delivered. I ask where they put it or a picture of where. I have not moved and I have an empty large front porch. Item does not fit in my mailbox as it is very small. Where is my item or refund?

Fraudulent website. My wife ordered items for our grandchildren, and nothing was delivered. She called to find out what happened, and they claimed that it was delivered, and even provided a tracking number. However, at the post office, they informed my wife that the number was false. So we took it up with the credit card company, and during the course of their investigation, Playpopz insists that they have delivered. Never deal with such rip-off artists again.

Everything went smoothly and the package arrived in plenty of time.

I never got my whole two set I pay for plus a tip plus the delivery not standard delivery either and still didn’t receive it and waited this long and still didn’t receive it

I received the package today for my grandsons birthday next week. The box came completely destroyed. It has been cut through twice. Even the packaging was cute and just taped together. After opening I noticed it'll they sent the wrong size. I ordered the medium with around 70 balls. This has 24. Not what I ordered, very cheaply made. All in all I want my money back I will not give my grandson this embarrassment

I purchased these for my kids. About $80 for 2 boxes. They came yesterday. Today we opened the boxes. Total disappointment. Nothing by a little stronger than straws. The balls are in 2 parts. They separated and loosened so the straws are loose in the holes. Other holes were so tight the straws got damaged at the ends. This is so cheap and crappy I could probably get something similar in a dollar store. This is not worth $80 I paid. I want a full refund.

Break easily. Theres like straws. Bought two packs thinking they were thick but very easy to break. The size of straws.

Awful quality not like the picture at all. Flimsy and not safe for children to play will. It is like straws rather than poles!!! Will not recommend and would never buy from you again!

The toys are great. Nothing wrong about the products. The only thing that could improve is the after sales help. I didn't get an email confirmation about my order, didn't get an email sent notification, so I've wrote an email to clients suport and didn't get a reply. Really thought I've been robbed, it took more time than expected but out of nowhere the package was here.
I'll buy again now that I know is not a scam.
