Loved this toy. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately on day two my dog caught her tooth in the material and as the top layer (fish design) material is only like a gauze it ripped and also every time she went to pick it up and gave it a (little) shake the battery casing fell out of the Velcro. I’m hoping I can mend it as my dog absolutely loves it.
If I could make a suggestion rather than Velcro to close the battery area could you not use poppers and also make it in a tougher canvas sort of material.
Other than that it’s brilliant.

Love my product, great quality pooch carrier and more importantly my Minnie loves it too

I purchased an item on their website which said Shipping Information:
UK Standard: 4 - 9 days
EU Standard: 5 - 14 days
Rest of the world: 6 - 16 days

Delivery charge was £3.89 so I assumed it was already in the UK. Not so the item is in China and their website doesn't say that what they are doing is taking orders and then shipping items from China. They are not holding stock in the UK. This is a Chinese company trading under a .co.uk website - beware. Have cancelled my order because I expect it will take a minium of 21 days and they should say so. If they were honest I wouldn't have minded but I hate deceit.

The Floppy Fish was an immediate hit with my dog. She loves it and gets the zoomies whenever I get it out! It keeps her interested and playful throughout the day.

I bought the cat fountain which arrived but had a faulty pump. The customer service was fantastic and a replacement one was sent straight out to me. I have a very happy cat and I no longer have to turn the tap on for him.

The website was easy to use and ordering the item was easy as well. Delivery was very quick and efficient

Purchased the PlayPaw Floppy Fish for my 16 month old WCS Darcy, she absolutely loves it. It has become one of her favourite toys. She likes to shake it around and the look on her face when it starts to flop again is soo funny. Love that it’s rechargeable too. Would recommend to anyone.

Does what it says. Quiet running with blue light. Free flowing water which my 3 cats enjoy.

PlayPaw have emailed me and apologised and said they will send out the missing items that weren’t in my order. I am great full and I appreciate their apology. That put to one side, the items in my order are great quality, I cannot fault them, but the kitten duvet is just to die for, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it’s so well made, thick and very cosy, it has a zipper on the bottom so you can take the duvet out when you wash it. The delivery was fine, obviously it took a bit longer than ordering from the uk, but that didn’t bother me at all, would I buy from PlayPaw again …. yes, yes I think I would xXx

Floppy fish was supposed to be durable, resilient and provide hours of fun.

It’s weak material that my 8kg dog ripped up in 3.5 minutes, it’s filled with cotton wool. Also he held it down in the first 2 minutes playing and the mechanism broke.

For £17 unbelievably poor value. No better than very average toys from pet shop.

10/10 rubbish

The floppy fish did take more time to arrive than my usual online purchases, but it arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, the dog turned her nose up at it, but it provided entertainment for visitors to the house.

My first order was processed quickly and I received it fairly quickly, in two packages. I am pleased with my purchase but I do have to return one of the items but that is not a fault of PlayPaw! Good customer service.

I finally found the rucksack I had been searching for on Playpaw for my large, heavy puppy! Communications about the despatch, delivery tracking, etc, were good and written in a friendly, lighthearted way that I enjoyed! The parcel arrived on time and the rucksack is perfect to carry my pup around until he can walk further. Thank you.

I have bought many things from PlayPaw for my cat and everytime I have been satisfied. My cat likes them too as she has hours of fun playing with them.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery, loved the imaginative emails and Bertie very pleased with our purchase, now he can be carried when he feel tired

Ordered the older and newer version of the dog car safety belt. Older belt worked best in my car.

After emailing playpaw for a return label for one belt I got an email back sevrral days later asking why I wanted to return goods.

I provided honest feedback and asked for a returns label.

Still no return label. Have since emailed again and still no label.

Will raise with PayPal but please think hard before using a company that treats customers like this when there are other fantastic companies.

Brilliant design of dog car restraint so that it fits around head rest and attaches to the dog so he can still sit on passengers knee and passenger uses car seat belt. Excellent!
