I ordered a item the 29/06/24 and I received the item from another customer.
I still have the wrong item in my living room for days which is takes room in my small flat.
The situation is crazy I have sent 10 mails and still they answered me that it is not their problem but the delivery company’s problem, I just need to wait from the delivery company which has not been answering for one month, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ????
I have ordered the item from them not from the delivery company.
They tell that they can not refund me, I just need to wait for the delivery company which is not answering them. So I am trapped ! I just lost 120€ thank you playmarket !!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER , JUST SEND MY ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!
