So far I've been playing and honestly the bonuses given and the winnings and the losses, adding it up I have profited more in here than other casinos, yes it is down to luck but also it's the RTP on slots which are very good, some are shit in giving some are very good. Customers service is spot on! Can't fault it so far! (My personal experiences and opinions)

Had a couple of wins then the same 2 people thank you Bob and someone else won every game I think these 2 players are working for this company they were winning in both room jackpot room and drop pots the 2 and one even won the 200 in drop pots I knew they would I said it before it even happened what a terrible site 🙈

I played for around 10hrs to wager my winnings, but they never went down 1penny,couldn't cancel the bonuses,went on live chat but had absolutely no joy whatsoever there,kept trying to wager but could not played more slots to no affect on the wagering going down,and ended up losing £260 because of the wagering not moving,I was absolutely gutted as you could imagine.

Playjango has a lot of slots and the app is quite nice to use. Withdrawals are generally fast, but I experienced some delays verifying my documents. The customer service was helpful but took some time to respond. The VIP program seems good, but I haven't used it extensively yet. Overall it’s a fun place to play but there’s room for improvement.

Deposited but could not play any games, despite speaking to online support 3 times it was still not resolved so have closed my account. Don't understand how they have 2.5 as their rating when most reviews are so negative!!!

Not a very good site, another take take take

First time I set an account and can't wait to close it nothing but hassle I had a bonus met way over wagering , trying to get hold of assistant as vern a nightmare 6 days in amd still waiting I have funds to withdraws but can't do nothing till someone gets in touch literally these sites need closing down unfair stay away at all cost not worth the hassle

This morning. It clearly saybit take few hours.to process And still nothing. No is replying back...they need reporting. And make.sure to close that company. Down. They scaming people of moneym

Worst site i have known for playing online. Customer service is non existent. Repeatedly block my account asking for a photo of my card which has already expired and they have already accepted the verification photo of it’s replacement. Seems they like nothing more to block peoples accounts for no valid reason after a few good wins.

Highly disgusting,you allowed me to withdraw £120 without verification but when I won £384 & went to withdraw you asked for id, I sent this & within hours my bank card was verified but not my id,you asked for it again so I sent it again but not heard anything from you since,I sent another photo id & emailed asking if these things was OK because I wanted to withdraw my winnings, I didn't get a reply & id still not verified, I carried on playing with my winnings (had sneaky suspicion at this point) & of course no gameplay just pure losses,o lost that(which is fine)last night I made 2 more deposits & my 2nd deposit won £538,my account still not verified & another email sent & ignored & still I couldn't withdraw so a couple of hours ago I started playing back on the site with my winnings & suprise not one ounce of gameplay with minimal wins,I'm not a person who puts big bets on because I like the gameplay however in this case not one ounce of gameplay & only managed to play 4 games, I've been gambling for 14 years & this is a shocking move on your part,you chose not to let me know any other documents I could send for my account to be verified however my bank card was done within hours,avoid this site if you want your winnings there & then after sending all id, I'm more of a gameplayer than a gambler & even though id have liked to hold onto some of my winnings I chose gameplay which I didn't even receive for those amounts,you constantly messaged regarding safe guarding for gamblers & this behavior in my eyes is a big safe guarding issue for the gambler,not a nice thing to do to customers & feels very deliberate

Joined account and deposit £30 but after deposit, I am prompted to verify my number for which I am not getting validation code.. my number is correct, tried several times but not getting the code to verify my number, dropped several emails, chat messages but no response. I am stuck with my £30 in the account and not allowing me to play or withdrawal. Nonsense customer service and waste system that doesn’t even able to generate verification code

Hi I recently joined play jango they restricted my play after many deposits obviously a ploy so you can’t get a chance to win anything they should be reported I have sent an email stating this they should not be able to operate with these tactics

I have had no problems from this casino up till now. I reached my deposit limit which ended today 17.10.21 at initially 17:51. 18:00 i could still not play. Messaged them on live chat immediately. No reply. When trying to deposit again, the time changed to 22:27. 22:35 i could still not play and still waiting on a response sent 18:05 and its now 22:53. Yet they are available 24/7 lol. What a joke. I would of given this casino full stars but based on whats happened to me today with the non existant customer services, im not happy.
