Im playing many years in playhugelottos from.india but i had Worst experience and i had lost more money and my account having login issues i had registered complaints bit still my account is in login issues...my account isnot login and of login sometimes it will.automatically loggedout and again it will.never loggin again ..i fed up about this service...my mobile and browser everything os perfect but playhugelottos website is notworking while login from.my account

Today is Wednesday and I made a PIX transfer from Brazil — an instant payment method — yet no deposit has been applied to my account. Despite sending several emails and even providing proof of transfer, the funds are still missing.

This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of trustworthiness. If a supposedly instant payment takes days and requires endless follow-ups, how can anyone rely on this service?

I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their money.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Playhugelottos. On June 19, 2025, I entered the Polish Mini Lotto through their platform, selecting the numbers: 10, 17, 22, 36, and 41. When the official draw results were released—17, 22, 30, 36, and 41—I realized I had matched 4 out of the 5 numbers.

To my surprise, Playhugelottos only credited my account with $27.67 in winnings. At first, I didn’t question it, but later I became curious. Matching 4 out of 5 numbers seemed like it should result in a significantly higher payout. After checking several reputable sources, I discovered that the correct payout for matching 4 numbers in the Polish Mini Lotto for that day(19th June, 2025) is around €151, which is approximately $176.67 USD.

Assuming this was an oversight, I reached out to Playhugelottos via email—three times—but received no response or even acknowledgment. Their online chat system is AI-based, and when you attempt to escalate the issue, it simply instructs you to send an email. There’s no option to speak with a real person, which is highly frustrating for an issue of this nature. It feels like I’ve been completely ignored—ghosted, in fact.

This raises serious concerns. If they can’t be trusted with a relatively small win, what happens if someone hits a major jackpot? I’m sharing my experience publicly in the hope that Playhugelottos will be compelled to address this issue and explain why I received only $27.67—essentially shortchanging me by $149.

I have kept the following evidence:

1. The winning notification email from Playhugelottos, clearly showing the numbers I matched.

2. A screenshot from my Playhugelottos account showing the draw and my matched numbers.

3. A screenshot of the official Polish Mini Lotto results from a verified source for that date.

If anyone else has had similar experiences, I’d like to hear from you.

I am very disappointed with the support, when the company is not able to solve even 1 technical support request that I requested and in the end, the administrator unjustifiably blocked both my accounts and my remaining credit as a long-time customer. They do not answer my emails and when I read the answers, they all have one answer with a link to technical support. After this experience, I do not recommend and I can not even imagine what problems would arise when paying out large winnings

I am 22 year player. Now i want quite this site because coustmer service is very poor. I have lost too much amount last 22 years. How i believe if i win they will pay me🙏

I have been with this company for more than 10years. Never won more than 10 pounds. I like the fact that you can try your luck on variety of games from different countries. However for the past one year, i couldn't access the website. Let alone my account. Not sure why .can this be looked at and fix . In all using the site is easy to navigate etc.

The fraud department of my bank blocked my debit card today because I wanted to make a payment to Playhugelottos. The payment was supposed to go to Budpay in Nigeria. This company is well known as a fraud organization! I can only warn everyone never to play with playhugelottos or transfer money.

All I gather from PHL or lottery sites like this that it's a big big business for them. They all lure customers, who are desperate to make big money, with huge jackpots which people seldom get. They just make a few win very small amounts here n there occasionally to keep them and others engaged and interested.

Bought tickets many times. I got bonus cash but since it's only for playing I wonder what happens if I win à big amount. Can I withdraw it?
