Absolutely shocking experience with these cowboys where do I start so despite them basically robbing the customers I requested a withdrawal on the 6th of this month and it's now the 21st and I still haven't received it.

Apparently for the first 2 weeks the withdrawal was failing unbeknownst to me I hadn't been made aware of this.

So anyway I've now provided them with the details they needed and still it hasn't been processed sigh. This site wants closing down they shouldn't be able to get away with this

Is this even a genuine casino and are they actually checked by the gambling commission? Dead spin after dead spin. Free spins/scatters during gameplay is non existent. I'm not sure I will be playing this casino. There are far better casinos out there that at least give you gaming time for your money and not rob you within 2 minutes. The bonus has a very high wagering amount with clear intention of not giving any money back. Won 600 euros from 50 but need to wager 1700.. eventully had to bet all...could not even get the money i put back...legit scam..

Generally a great casino group to play, I don’t join to claim bonuses I join to play a very HUGE selection of games they have and it’s very mobile friendly, i have to disagree with comments saying it’s impossible to hit bonuses and wins are non existent, I have a high win and low deposit ratio on my account and to be honest I feel they are one of the most highest RTP sites in the industry, i deposited £240 and withdrew £4200 a huge hit on £8 bonanza which i don’t tend to hit big on other sites at higher stakes.

Haylena is an excellent customer service advisor, she pushed my withdrawal through as the first one is slow while I think this is the site’s biggest flaw if they promised instant withdrawals on verified accounts then I believe this site would be one of the best in the industry and perhaps invest in better customer support advisors there are a few who are rude and leave chats, trust me this could be a game changer for your casino brand I do however disagree with most bad reviews on here and i personally DO recommend this site and sister sites like HeySpin and Spinson, don’t opt in for a bonus if your not prepared to invest time in and wager this basically just means your looking for a quick win and could be a sign of a underlying problem so gamble responsibly and ONLY GAMBLE with what you can afford to lose when the fun stops STOP 🛑

Impossible to hit bonuses on slots and if you do they don’t pay. Deposited over a grand in a week, got 4 or 5 bonuses £1 to £3 stakes, highest won on a bonus was £30 lowest was £3.60. It’s ridiculous. Just gona be throwing your money away here stay away. Bare any win lines no decent winnings on the base games just sitiing there pressing the button waiting for something exciting to happen, instead deposit after deposit. Just gona have to stick to the more bigger and reputable casinos. Here it’s bad, but it’s everywhere now, no one and nothing is paying. Best places to go now are services for slots, they pay way better. As for this place I’m done. Just got a reply so I’m editing this review. They want my details. After leaving a positive review, I have had to edit my original review. I deposited 2 x£50 yesterday. The funds have left my bank and been paid to playfrank, all this has been verified by my bank but playfrank keeps saying the deposits have been declined. This is probably because last week I won £1700, which they paid out to my surprise. This must be a new way of recouping their money back. Absolute thieving scum.

Absolute joke of a site, I registered and verified my account, they took £600 off me(within my limits) and then closed my account without warning and no justification. Didn't give me a chance to win anything. Now trying to contact them is like pulling teeth, needless to say I have taken it further. I would stay away from this site

Terrible casino, the RTP on hacksaw is 92% on some of the other providers it's as low as 87% everything is low. The bonus they are applying is against the law in UK. It's sticky and makes you half your balance if you wish to withdraw. It should play the cash part of your balance then leave the bonus until the end. The fact they charge you to deposit and withdraw is criminal. Avoid these cowboys.

Carnt believe I've got wait 2 whole days just for a £43 payout plus £1 charge fee for withdrawing , should be straight away with having to pay a fee.

Never had any issues payouts in my bank in minutes yeah lost a bit but that's gambling right.
