They are so hard to communicate with
They are so hard to communicate with. Most emails gets kicked back. If I do get a problem ticket created they email back in two days and say they closed the ticket because they haven’t heard from me!!! I’m waiting to hear from them that the problem is resolved! I have had no series or movies for more than a month. WTF I can’t even reach them to cancel my service and get a refund!!! They suck.

They do not have large Library only streaming you cannot fast forward or rewind half the time there's a playback error
50% of the time there's some sort of a playback error nothing works properly quirky billing but yeah it's just terrible it's almost like a bait I can't believe they releases to the public don't even waste your time plus the outright lie in their advertisement saying that they have access to thousands of films yada yada yada they do not there's like tens of films and you have to stream them so you can't fast forward or rewind and yet just watch it over there playing at the time

No buffering just don't work
Have tried over 30 iptv services thru trials and full subs in the last 6 months and can easily say this one is to be avoided at all costs. Most services at least make an attempt at keeping most channels working this one has maybe 1 in 100 that work and most of those are not popular channels. My internet works fine and other ipitv services generally work so not a user problem. DO NOT waste your money.

Basically doesn't work
Basically doesn't work - will work very badly with constant buffering on pc and phone - if you want to use it on smarters on LG or Samsung tv don't bother it won't work - they don't tell you that when they take your money - not exactly a scam site but very close.
