this site has good user interface and its easy to use, i had an experience in buying account at there and it was quick , everything goes well and they had a system that protect your money for up to 30 days that anytime you had a problem in that duration , u could recover your money.
Poor customer service, I created an account and immediately got suspended for apparently having an account attached to a burner email. I've tried all my emails but none of them have accounts with this site. So the solution is just to create a third account and I guess keep trying until my account doesn't get suspended. Terrible customer service when I'm being told to flout the rules as the solution to appealing the rules.

After 20 days from the date of purchase, I've realised that someone is using my account, so I asked the seller if he's using the account, and he said no which doesn't makes sense to me, because I'm the one using the account at home. So asked for a full refund, but unfortunately I was rejected by PlayersAuctions Judges.
So this is my first and the last time to be a customer on this website.
I purchased a account. It was shadow banned from Beginn. A lot of discuss with the seller, lot of insult. After all the account is perman banned. Seller changed all Faktes, he scammed me. Don’t know if I will see my money back

Do not make purchase you will end up without your money and product buying.
They suck up money from account and then it’s say pending. After you cancel transaction there are weeks for waiting money that you will not get back. Somebody will answer your review or complain by telling you you will get money back but that’s only a lie to keep you quiet. There is no money back. I personally purchased trough my debit card and my bank says that debit transaction refunds are instant there is no time waiting for that. Do not buy from here do not get fooled. Hope I helped some future victims.
Terible customer service.
My purchase was cancelled by the seller as he wanted to avoid the use of the escrow account (scammer). Player auctions have taken weeks to return my funds even though their T&Cs state 2-3 working days.
The seller Scammed me, he sold the game account and after few days of waiting for dispute window get closed, the seller then changed the login credentials. I have totally lost trust on the support system of PlayerAuctions, they cannot even do a fair justice to their customers & are always biased towards the seller, despite sending the proofs they did nothing.The Order ID is 5962824.
