Deposit missing but end up being credited after a week
EDIT: They were able to resolve and credited my account.
Giving 4 stars as my initial conversation with their cashier was that they stated that I made a mistake and I sent to the wrong BTC address, when in fact I did everything correctly.

I deposited $1.5k using bitcoin and deposited it using the QR code they generated.
I didn’t manually type the address. Everything looks good on the blockchain and it was sent successfully.
They stated they never received it at all.
Their support can’t even pull up the request ID with the BTC address that was generated in the deposit process. They don’t have any logs of the request ID at all. They said that logs will be generated upon successful deposit, but they don’t actually keep logs of the request if the deposit didn’t go through.
There are no records of request IDs with the generated bitcoin address so they can’t check any requests of deposit made in the account.
Stay away!!!

I signed up and received 10k coins and $5 cash. I chose to spend my welcome bonus in the casino. I hit a jackpot and won $250 in just a couple of spins. I proceeded to playthrough the $5 bonus at least once and then tried to redeem my prize. I was unable to redeem because the site stated I still had a playthrough of $250. Having confidence that I had played through well over that amount, I decided to contact a live chat agent for help. The agent said that the $5 Bonus (Bracco Cash) was only meant for the sports betting section of the platform. I asked him to show me where in the T&C it says that. He said that they were a new company and that rule hadn't been added to the website yet. Im still waiting on a reply from support to further discuss this... Terrible first experience with PlayBracco. I do NOT recommend.
