Overall a good experience

Overall a good experience. Entry price fairly good value but food expensive.

Staff very friendly and happy to assist with my SEN child. Play area decent but drop slide wasn't opened u til later in session and part of the inflatables wasn't in operator.

Also part of the play area wasn't accessible due to scaffolding.

My daughter loved it anyway however I did email before and say I was travelling over 1 hour to come and wasn't warned of any issues with partial area closures

Breeding ground for illness and injury!

As a previous employee here I would never dare being my children here unless I wanted them to fall ill or be injured.
The food hygiene is utterly non existent and no care is shown to any allergies or intolerances. The cutterly and crockery food is served with is never washed thoroughly and if often times left to soak in dirty water then food remains are scraped off to appear clean.
The soft play area is a massive hazard. When working here myself and my colleague raised numerous issues with tears in the rope and holes in equipment and never was this taken seriously. This resulted in numerous children getting their feet stuck and fallen through and needing to be removed and pulled out by their parents.
Some further issues such as underage employees serving alcohol, being paid under the minimum wage, staff uniforms not being cleaned and forced to be shared between members, untrained staff operating dangerous bowling equipment, have all be raised to trading standard ontop of the general lack of hygiene surrounding the venue.

It's big!

It was an enjoyable visit.

We visited during the winter and the venue was a fine temperature inside. On a Saturday morning parking was tight.

Venue is split into areas for different ages with a tall, soft climbing part and separate "bouncy castle" part. There are also loads of tables to sit at for food and drink or to dump coats and bags. For tiny tots there were swings and a soft area. Older kids can book laser quest.

Kids parties are in one of the private areas. If you book a party, there is a staff member on-hand to make them run smoothly.
