My son scooter broke wile under the 12…
My son scooter broke while under the 12 month insurance. They have been in receipt of my sons scooter since May and its now September.
No direct phone number or email you can only contact them on a link and await a reply.
It's completely unacceptable my sons been left without his Christmas present.
The last email I received was to apologise and said the would look in to the scooter and update.
No contact since then.
I have sent several emails since but no reply.
I may have no alternative but to buy my son a new electric scooter as it looks like we will not be getting his back.
How can they leave a child this long without his Christmas present when it's been clearly explained in emails that its my son Christmas present.
4 month for a repair is unreal.
