Stood in a long queue out madame…

Stood in a long queue out madame thosauds in London so googled the website......looked like the site for booked tickets....received a watts app message either a code and a link that was not working...asked the staff and they tried to help but said I didn't book through them...had to buy new tickets and eventually received an email from you later that night after you took my money...absolute disgrace

1 star cause 0 isn't possible

One of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had.

I had purchased tickets for an event that was ultimately canceled by the organizer. What should have been a simple and professional refund turned into weeks of follow-ups, endless email exchanges, and unnecessary frustration.

Instead of automatically refunding the full amount paid, a portion of my money was withheld as a "Money-Back Guarantee" fee.

Most concerning is the lack of transparency. This deduction was neither clearly stated in the purchase confirmation nor explained on the invoice. It only appeared after I disputed the incomplete refund.

Customers should never have to fight to get their money back after an event is canceled.

An online ticketing platform should operate with clarity, fairness, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite: evasive responses, opaque fees, and appalling treatment of a paying customer.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this platform document each step of the payment process, keep all receipts, and carefully review each transaction before making a purchase. Or even better, use another one.

Trust, once lost, is difficult to regain.

Refund fees when they cancel a concert !!!

Booked a ticket for a concert in Doha for April and because of the ongoing war, this was cancelled. Platinumlist offered a refund, which I chose. After waiting for 3 weeks, the refund came and Platinumlist deducted a 63 riyal fee. Be very careful when booking with them.
When complaining about this, they just referred to their Terms and Conditions. Never again

Scums. Month since I received an email confirming refund but received nothing. Followed up via their WhatsApp service but again no result. It’s a high time the police should deal with this company.

DELAYED REFUND AND NO UPDATES

I requested a refund due to the current situation, knowing the event would be cancelled, and they confirmed the cancellation of the concert. However, I have received no updates regarding the refund. When I followed up, I was told that a confirmation is still required to process it, and my money is being held. despite the refund already being overdue by more than 21 days. Very disappointing service.

Very easy to buy tickets

Very easy to buy tickets - delivered quickly and in a handy electronic format.
A couple of small suggestions - could you please put the Thames River Sightseeing schedule on the website? It would make it a bit easier to plan if we wanted to get a later return.
Also, the e-ticket shows Butler's Wharf as the pier to get the boat from, but the map on the email shows it as the Tower Millenium Pier, which is quite confusing!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience
platinumlist advertized ziad burji and mumahmed khairy on the 13th feb 20206 at the conrad dubai hotel.
We bought 3 tickets on their app got the tickets
for this concert we bought also 3 flight tickets to dubai and 3 night accomodation ,on the event show on the 13/2 we arrived to the conrad hotel dubai and was told that there is no concert - it was cancelled .
we contact the platinumlist by whatsapp of course They apologized for the inconvenience and we will refund you the money payed......i contact them 6 times
the refund is in process ...... guess what we are on the 6/3/26 ... nothing received only promisses
