Hello, I would like to say that those people are scammers, they didn’t provide me with the product I bought and also didn’t want to refund me while they should have (it’s in their TOS regarding my problem), unfortunately I had faith in them and bought a year package, well… they scammed me and didn’t even try to help.

We have explained why your service is not starting up as your Discord Bot is trying to access files that are not publicly available. We provided an explanation for this issue in the support ticket you submitted and suggested reaching out to the software's original developer for a potential solution as the source code is obfuscated, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. With all of our Game/Discord Hosting, we utilize Pterodactyl to operate them. Each server is executed within an individual Docker Container, which results in the files you require (/var/lib/) being inaccessible.

Very slow data transfer speed, which even 1/5 did not correspond to the speed of 1Gb/s declared in the traffic. In the letter I was informed that this is how we provide speed as in our advertising, but it is not only yours. I will never buy anything from you again.

On their Discord server they are always responsive. You can ask for a feature and they will try and implement it. They also give regular announcements on the server status and are very clear with what’s happening. Great service!
