Great service to start, however there was problems with the door within 9 months. After speaking with Lee who promised to come and sort these problems he never turned up, we chased and chased and eventually was told he doesn’t work here anymore. Then was told by Sean someone would contact us to arrange fixing the door…. 3 emails and many phone calls later this hasn’t happened.
We have now been waiting OVER A YEAR for a repairs to be completed. Do not touch this company!

Had a great experience during the windows being put in and replacing our old. But sadly 6 months on after many conversations I'm still waiting on my fensa certificate and 10 year window insurance cover that I was promised when signing my contract for the windows.
Very unsatisfied after great service to start

Lee & Lee are skilled at what they do and take pride in their work and will work so hard until you are 100% happy. A couple of things were not correct which they were quick and happy to resolve with no hesitant. When you are getting such a big job done you want confidence in who's doing it and I can highly recommend platinum. (Fyi- I got 9 windows, 1 front door, 1 French doors, 1 single door)

The man in charge (Sean)was very friendly on arrival, he made me feel comfortable when I was showing him around and explaining what I was after, his pitch to me was not like the other companies in the way he wasn't at all pushy or trying to have me over! He was very thorough/professional and what I call a straight shooter from the get go.....
His guys on his team who came to install the windows were everything that he said they would be, they did a fantastic job in removing the existing windows and installing the new ones! I couldn't fault any of the work they carried out and was extremely impressed with their craftsmanship....
If I have to replace windows again I genuinely wouldn't use anyone else other than platinum double glazing ltd.

Platinum travelled a long way to fit our 4 replacement upvc windows in an outbuilding. Very pleased with all aspects - very friendly team, good price, punctual, work done quickly and to a high standard, all mess cleared up afterwards. Would definitely recommend

Just had windows fitted to the whole house. Great company, great service, the windows look fantastic and not only that, it was a GREAT price.

Had half the house's windows replaced, will have them back for the other half. Both Lee's made sure all work was completed with minimal fuss & good communication. Very easy from start to finish.

Excellent service from the original meeting to instalation. The 2 Lees were very professional throughout the instalation keeping our tidy cleaning at the end of each day . Would definitely recommend very pleased with our windows and doors .

From start to finish the team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and importantly, competitively priced.

During the actual installation the Lees were fantastic, and caused minimum disruption and mess. Great customer service too and Lee #1 was always on hand to answer all my extra little questions.

From start to finish Shaun and Lee have been outstanding. There was a teeny mishap with the windows in my lounge (not their fault) and the guys had this solved as quickly as humanly possible. The whole team are fab, clean and tidy and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I chose PLATINUM for their great customer reviews. I wasn't sorry. The customer service from start to finish was fantastic. The price was so reasonable so much so I had the whole house done from start to finish including fascia's and guttering. Everything was to a high standard.

The fitters were fantastic, professional and cleaned up everything once they had finished This included the mess inside the house when fitting the windows

Just had a new front door fitted and couldn’t be more pleased. Brilliant quality product and fantastic workmanship. The whole team at Platinum have been friendly, helpful and professional from first phone call to fitting. Can’t recommend enough.
