As I have a small condensation problem I looked for the best method of getting rid of it. The research lead me to the Nuaire ECO-HEAT-HCS system.
The price is pretty much the same from wherever it’s purchased from, however the reviews lead me to Platinum Chemicals, located in Scotland.
I ordered from them on the 19th November and it was delivered on the 20th. If only ALL retailers could be this efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am writing a second review for Platinum Chemicals due to their great customer service. As I have written in my first review I had ordered a Nuaire PIV unit which was replaced due to a broken clip. Unfortunately the second unit I received developed a fault and I contacted Robert and explained the problem. I was asked to send in a video of the problem (which I did) and Robert sent the info to Nuaire and they agreed to replace the second unit and it arrived the next day. Due to bad past experiences with other companies who made me feel like a nuisance, I was dreading contacting Robert again when the second unit developed a fault. I needn't have worried as once again Robert was great and excepted my explanation and dealt with the issue in a professional and friendly manner. as i have said in my past review I cannot recommend Platinum Chemicals highly enough. Keep up the good work Robert as that's how you get customers back and how you get recommended to others.
