LOVE our hot tub……

I would have given you a five star rating, but the control panel is a little bit confusing to us old timers. It needs to be less complicated and easier to navigate through all the filtration start and run time(s). We are not tech savvy and are a bit confused on these settings. But, we LOVE OUR HOT TUB! Definitely 5 stars on the jets and Bluetooth sound system. Please help us older people out with the controls. Thanks!

Great product, a sure must have worked itself loose in transport

Well, the Spa is everything we wanted…however, 3 weeks after we got it, it quit working. We Valla that a wire had come loose in one of the control boxes.

Wonderful experience

This is a wonderful product with a wonderful team behind the scenes. From start to finish the experience with Platinum Spas was great and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thankful for my lovely hot tub.

Low-end quality on ONXY spa

We purchased one of the brand's taller and more expensive models, the ONYX, and after 4 months, it's a disaster:
- The front panels are warped (other customers complain (see 3 and 1 stars Truspilot)
- The front panels are broken (the threaded inserts that hold the panels to the metal tube framework broke out of the panel composite material and they had to order a new panel for us but it's happening again after our technician had already replaced the new panel.
- The corner covers constantly come loose (and are held in place by the LED wire)
- The panels are not long enough and the corner cover does not cover them completely
- A waterfall LED no longer lights up.
- The spa was delivered with two jets that are not aligned.
For a brand new, 4-month-old spa (june 2025), we find this unacceptable.
Platinum Spa boasts in their brochure of providing high-end quality....definitely not!!!
We don't even dare invite our friends and neighbors to promote the brand!
We are firmly awaiting a replacement for our spa by the French representative! (Our local salesperson having been notified)

The photos for proof have been sent to supportATsuperiorwellness.co.uk in order to have an explanation on this recurring panel problem (many other customers complain)

Nous avons acheté l'un des modèles les plus hauts et les plus chers de la marque, l'ONYX, et après 4 mois, c'est une catastrophe :
- Les panneaux avant sont déformés (d'autres clients se plaignent (voir Truspilot 3 et 1 étoile).
- Les panneaux avant sont cassés (les inserts filetés qui maintiennent les panneaux à la structure tubulaire métallique se sont détachés du matériau composite du panneau. Ils ont dû nous en commander un nouveau, mais le problème se reproduit après que notre technicien a remplacé le nouveau panneau).
- Les caches d'angle se détachent constamment (et sont maintenus en place par le câble LED).
- Les panneaux ne sont pas assez longs et le cache d'angle ne les recouvre pas complètement.
- Une LED de cascade ne s'allume plus.

Et le pire :
- Le spa a été livré avec deux jets mal alignés dans la coque ; du coup ça gicle de partout au niveau de la ligne d'eau

Pour un spa neuf de 4 mois (juin 2025), nous trouvons cela inacceptable.
Platinum Spa se vante dans sa brochure d'offrir une qualité haut de gamme… et des labels sur le modèle Onyx ...
absolument pas !
Nous n'osons même pas inviter nos amis et voisins à faire la promotion de ce produit et de la marque !
Nous attendons avec impatience le remplacement de notre spa par le représentant français ! (Notre commercial local a été prévenu.)

Beautiful hots tubs with all options…

Beautiful hots tubs with all options included. I received my Tokyo yesterday & its amazing. Delivery from our local supplier was seamless. The tub heated to temp rather quickly, & I was actually able to test it the same night of purchase. Vey nice layout with a great variety of jet combinations to provide a nice therapeutic experience. I was able to target different areas with the seating options. Absolutely love it!

Cinderella

It was over a month late, which i understand but no notice about that, i had to keep asking and felt as if I was a bother instead of a customer. I think it would be beneficial to tell the customer the exact configuration of the breaker box they will need. I had correct amount of power already but breaker was different, would be nice to know ahead. Also, get the testing kit to customer ahead of time. I have the technology to heat water and then could get chemicals ahead so I'm ready. Also, at the store to get the chemicals, the girl asked my husband how many gallons our hot tub is and based the readout of amount of chemicals to be added based on that. Good thing i knew the amounts were off based on my previous hot tub, it was twice the amount. That could really harm someone. One of the fountains doesn't work, I'll get it fixed but I know they're busy now. Also, don't like that the jets shut off every 15 minutes. This is a safety feature but I think this is one of a very few companies that do this. Not a requirement. And, register the hot tub for the customer. I never had to do that myself. It was a pain to find and figure out what the serial number was. More than likely my last from this company. I call it Cinderella because of the 3 hot tubs I've had, it's my least favorite. First world problem, i know.

I brought the Infinity hot tub

I brought the Infinity hot tub. My family is enjoying the spa almost nightly. It is truly a very high end hot tub at a very good price. I'm not sure how there selling such a nice hot tub for the price there selling for but it is worth every dollar. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Country Power made buying our spaa…

Country Power made buying our spaa great experience! Mark was great at showing us the spa that met our needs. They had a couple guys come out and make sure we had room. Preston and James delivered ans set up the spa. They also went through set up che.icals with us. They were great to work with!!!!

PLATINUM TOPAZ

First let me say, I love our new Platinum Topaz spa. We love the amount of jets, the lighting, and blue tooth speakers. They all make for a great spa experience. This Topaz is the perfect size for the two of us, and the outer dimensions worked perfectly in the space, that we placed the spa. All that being said, I've had a lot of problems connecting to Bluetooth, as the power supply seemed to be intermittent, making it necessary to reset power to spa. Then it failed altogether. Also, we have three corner panels with broken clips and one warped side panel. The corner panels have been on order for months, and we're still waiting for our spa store/installer to receive the parts and replace ours. Side panel was just recently ordered. The side panel being warped, contributed to the broken clips on the corner panels.

I love the size of the unit

I love the size of the unit. The seating is quite nice for me and my wife. Receiving height of this unit is great for my wife and myself. I love the adjustments on the Jets. The only thing that I wish that this unit has was a two speed motor for a little more pressure to the jets.

Very Satisfied, highly recommend

The partnered reseller was very professional and there were no gimmicks or extras. The tub just comes with everything we'd want and is built even better than similarly priced models. Notably, it's structure is entirely stainless steel beams - most others we looked at were untreated wood. The motors are powerful and quiet, it runs smoothly, and the lights are a nice bonus if it's dark out.
