Very satisfied with customer service

Michelle listened attentively to the issue and checked out my emailed photos that showed the problematic condition of the delivered box of supplies. She voiced appreciation of my effort to provide the photos, conveyed sincere concern, and was proactive in efforts to follow up with the at-fault carrier and with offering me fair compensation for the damages.

Michelle , understood my need and sent a sample bag for me to inspect. Once received I reached back out to Michelle and immediately I received a response. This type of customer service is what's missing in todays world of commerce. I truly appreciate and respet a company that truly knows what , "Customer Service", means and requires.
Thank you, Michelle. Even if you don't have what I am looking for and we don't do business, I will surely recommend your business to anyone I come across who is in need.

PlasticPlace.com Shipper issue (UPS)

Immediate assistance with order issue. This issue was not by PlasticPlace.com but with the UPS company. PlasticPlace was easy to get in touch with, and took care of the issue.
Great customer service.

Customer service is exceptional.

Customer service gives me all the necessary information about my orders and explains all the ways to get help in case of problems. They are very professional and courteous. They make placing and receiving orders quick and easy.

Responded in a timely fashion

Responded in a timely fashion, offered to replace the shipment, but not gonna fault plasticplace for horrible Fedex drivers and crew. Fedex may be a quality company in other areas but I can assure you in south Louisiana they are disgustingly bad, everyone you talk too in this area says the same thing they dread when their shipment gets sent by Fedex, they have been reported multiple times and Fedex corp. does not care.

Missing Order

My original order disappeared into the UPS conglomerate. I contacted PlasticPlace and they started an investigation into the missing shipment and have followed up with me on resending my order. Very responsive (especially Hazel!). Glad to have purchased from them. I will purchase again!

Quality at a bargain price

I love the quality and fit of these size E bags in my simple human wastebasket. Never had any issues with ordering or delivery. The sales are great as well. I won't order from anywhere else.

Brag for the bag

We love PlasticPlace garbage bags. My husband lines our outdoor can with the 95 gallon bags 1.5mil and we’ve never had a leak. They are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service! I highly recommend!
