Unfortunately there is not zero star rating, which is what I would give this company.

Placed an order 2nd June order still not here. Tried calling them voicemail is full. No reply on email
Thieves took my money, how can you do that to people that's not right! It's sick

I believe this company is just a scam. AVOID!

I ordered some drawers in January for £120+ and got an immediate confirmation of the order by email but no post tracking email, and no drawers ever arrived. I tried calling the number on their website several times but could never get through to anyone, and after emailing a few times the only reply I got was to ask me to confirm whether the drawers had arrived (!) I replied requesting a refund but never got the drawers and never heard from them again.

I was able to get my money back through my bank, and after this the company sent me an email saying that my order had failed because of an issue with my payment.

Do not give your money to this company.

Naively got swayed by the prices and then placed the order before I checked out the reviews on here:/

Got worried after no eta for delivery, no information on what delivery service they use, no dispatch email.. Further that, no response to my enquiry email, and no answer after numerous attempts to their customer service number.

After nearly 2 weeks I was getting ready to make a charge back with my credit card but lo and behold on a random weekday I get notification from yodel that a 'lauva' parcel was out for delivery. Didn't recognise the name but wasn't expecting anything else so was hopeful. Turns out it was the 6 containers I ordered. Fairly well packaged, all intact.

Service, horrible.
But, end outcome, I got what I wanted, just 2 weeks later.
Not sure if id wna take the risk again but think its fair to share that they are a legitimate company, just lacking in quite a few areas.

Now this is a company that just ignores you if something goes wrong, I did receive my goods and in a good amount of time (not spectacular) but several boxes were broken, another company that uses WorldPay.

written 3 emails so far for support and none have been replied to, this company trades under VOX HOMESHOP LIMITED.

BEWARE THEY ARE ROUGE TRADERS/SCAMMERS
They take orders, take money, complete order but do not ship. Do not reply to emails or answer phone. I am £1k plus down, bank have made a charge back for me. If this fails its section 75 claim on bank.

Can’t trust them. No Replies. No information.

I wish I had read TrustPilot beforehand. Since taking my payment two months ago I have not received my item, nor have I had any response to numerous emails and phone calls.

Other TrustPilot reviews confirm that this is a common experience with this company. Thankfully my card company have been able to refund me while they pursue payment. Truly apalling.

I WISH I READ TRUST PILOT BEFOREHAND, SO SILLY. I PLACED A LARGE ORDER AND NO RESPONSE - I'M ASSUMING I'VE LOST MY MONEY.

I ordered from the company a few times and no issue. This time I have just moved house and ordered 10 x 80L boxes. Arrived fine and when it came to lifting them out, the bottom box has been broken in the corners and it has not been packaged properly to ensure it doesn't break. I have contacted them numerous times over the last 2 months and nobody has got back to me. As a repeat customer I'm quite frankly appalled at the lack of customer service or monitoring e-mails - and refunding what probably amounts to under £10!

Still waiting for my order (placed 6th Dec 23), and response to emails and phone calls . Answer machine full up and no way to contact.

On the Manomano website VISS Tools were advertising a 5 draw plastic tower it looked good so I ordered it thats when it all started to go wrong it arrived by Yodel which has its own reputation and when i opened it was broken, I submitted photos as required and a part replacement was sent this was by Evri who also have there own reputation a 2 day delivery turned into a 5 day delivery and was finally delivered to the wrong address on opening the replacememnt parcel this was also broken, refund was put into place & recieved, but all this was after some 19 emails through Manomano website thankfully as Viss Tools dont answer there phone or Emails, I told Manomano they should vet or do Due Dilligence on companys selling on there website

I ordered a Ratan style plastic pedal bin. Bit it never arrived. Last month. They trade under Vox company. I've sent emails and tried to contact them about my delivery but no one seems to be answering. Please avoid as it's a scam company.

Avoid. Unlike many, my order actually arrived - however 2 boxes were broken. Have emailed the company twice now asking for replacements or refund and have been completely ignored.

Again I should have read Trust Pilot first.
This company should be prosecuted, they take your money and do not deliver the goods.
After much chasing I also received a message siting staff shortages etc.
I eventually received a refund from PayPal.
They also trade under the name VOX HOMESHOP LIMITED.
AVOID.

Oh dear, I fell for this one, and I should have researched better. I must concur with the majority of negative reviews here about this "company". Payment taken, an email received that my order is fulfilled...but no tracking information, and two months later, no delivery or explanation either.

After several emails and a request for a refund ignored, I eventually received one short anonymous message apologising for the missing delivery, citing "a skeleton staff" as the problem and that they would contact the delivery company to find out what happened. But no follow up message was received as to progress, and upon another request for a refund, that too was ignored. Utterly useless, abysmal and non-existent customer service.

I deduce that a skeleton probably does run this business. It sits in a room, creating clone websites that take automated orders and payments, but hold no actual stock, instead taking a percentage from the company that does deliver products - sometimes.
As soon as inevitable queries arise, the brainless skeleton freezes, unable to deal with real-world people.

Lesson learnt! Check Trustpilot first!!!

In fairness I am one of the lucky ones as my delivery has arrived after over 2 months waiting, over 250 attempted calls with only 1 ever answered, but to be fair the lady I spoke to on that lone occasion, she was helpful and apologetic.

However, despite my order arriving, 2 of the boxes are smashed to pieces and are now in the bin. I have emailed them to complain and asked for either replacements or a reimbursement but I won’t hold my breath.

Absolute horrendous company and I 100% WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

Similar experience to others I’m afraid, a complete scam of a company. Wish I’d checked on trust pilot before buying but going to report to PayPal and try and get my money back.
