Ordered over a week ago, paid extra and had no communication at all. So disappointed. Ive emailed and had no response, took my £55 payment though!

I just have to say how absolutely thrilled I am with my order from Plaque to Reality!
From the very start, Cameron went completely above and beyond. I had left things very last minute for my son’s 9th birthday and was hoping for a small miracle — and that’s exactly what I got. Not only was the plaque made and dispatched incredibly quickly and it arrived on my sons birthday, plus it was generously upgraded from A5 to A4 as a lovely surprise.
When it arrived, we were genuinely blown away. The quality is outstanding, the finish is flawless, and it looks even better than I imagined. My son absolutely loves it — seeing his reaction was worth everything.

Well , I’ve got about 10 emails of asking me to leave a review on plaque to reality , so here we go , I ordered my plaque nearly 1 month ago to be delivered to Ireland , bare in mind it’s coming from the UK , I understand busy times and all that but why send me so many emails about my order and was I happy with it when I never bloody got the thing , refund situation will be coming soon ….

I haven’t received my order yet it’s been over 2 weeks. No tracking number and no responses from customer service.

Item turned up broken due to inadequate packaging and didn’t get all of my order.
£50 = rip off absolutely disgusted

advertised as put a song to your pic so i uploaded a pic and expected for over £30 it to play the song i chose to go with it and all i got was a frame with a printed pic stuck to it and the title of my chosen song
