I placed an order on the 14th of December, and received an email that my payment had been accepted. Since then, I have received ZERO updates on my delivery, even after having called them and leaving them my contact details. To this day I have still not heard a single thing from them after following up several, several times.

After my post on Trustpilot about no response about the delivery date of my order, Plants To Your Door Limited replied my email immediately and told me that the delivery was arranged on the next day.
I doubt if I did not have post on Trustpilot, how long I need to wait for my order.
The plants that I received this afternoon disappointed me.
The Geranium Orkney Cherry costs £13.99 but it looks like the plant which is £12 for 3 in the Garden Centre. It is in a 5cm small plastic pot, tiny and weak.
The quality of The Chaenomeles Speciosa, and The Osmanthus x Burkwoodii are both not worth to what I have paid. The Chaenomeles Speciosa is one thin branch, around 40cm height which is £15.99. The Osmanthus x Burkwoodii is £64.99 and does not look like 7.5L.
I am totally disappointed about this company. I took photos for record and glad to show for 3rd party comment.
I trusted it because it has two 5-stars reviews on Trustpilot. But for my experience, I doubt about that two reviews.

Ordered hydrangeas on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday much quicker then expected.
