Really good experience, both plants absolutely gorgeous. I sent a message on instagram regarding the monstera albo and Oliver replied with a picture of the one that had been packed for me. Beautiful plant with 5 leaves and nicely variegated. The lemon lime maranta was double the size I expected it to be and was already trailing. Exceptional customer service from Oliver. It’s a shame I can’t attach a picture to show you just how amazing they are. 10/10 reccomend x

Got exactly what I ordered, super healthy and in great shape, as described/pictured. So can't fault them and have no complaints. They seem possibly freshly potted before being sent olas the top soil is super fresh looking, or just kept well/new top soil added. Not so much as a bit of wilt or mark on any leaves.

I bought a monstera cutting and various potted house plants also.

I ordered some fishbone cacti and they arrived in wonderful condition. The plastic free packaging was sturdy and protective and there was not the slightest damage to the plants. The plants themselves were well grown, well rooted, healthy and thriving. I am very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I have less than satisfactory plant deliveries from other companies, so I was delighted 😊👍

Order supposed to arrive Thursday, no delivery, after enquiring, the the company then told me me it would arrive Friday. It didn't. The company have been totally ineffective at rectifying this failure and frankly I would not buy from this company again, they are useless at sorting out failed delivery.

I bought Areca on Saturday December 6 and to date I received no notification that it was sent. Order Number:1NFYWE2RN
but they responded by the end of the day after my email and it arrived ok the next day.

I have ordered 2 sets of plants so far. All plants have arrived in excellent condition. They are particularly well packaged using recyclable materials. All the plants are thriving.

Beautiful Ficus Danielle with lush foliage and plenty of new growth. Minimum leaf drop since its arrival 2 weeks ago in well protected packaging. Came accompanied by a free little plant which certainly draws attention! Totally recommend this company!

This is my go to website to order plants from. The prices are reasonable and the plants always arrive in great condition, no pests, no damage. And sometimes they even throw in a free plant!

The beautiful Areca plant arrived damaged - one branch was already drying. Plantsforallseasons reassured it would “snap back in a few weeks.” It didn’t. The company refused to take responsibility, saying that now, three months on, it was us who caused to untimely demise. This is doubly pushing as the owner himself reached out to us to leave the review. Well, here it is.

Under-par compared to other shops:
- Customer service inexistent. I made a mistake in my order, and ask for correction and never got a reply. Of course, I received the wrong order.
- Packaging feels like every plants is cramed together in a box, so getting the plants out without damaging or spilling soil all over the place is tricky.
- Yes, we can apparently return plants but there is no indication how. And since the Service return is inexistent...

I won't be coming back since other website provide a much better experience

They have an outstanding selection of plants and anything I have ordered arrived well packed to minimise risk of damage. The plants are as shown and very healthy. A few months ago I bought a couple of rare Ficus Lyrata Variegated and within a month they have doubled in size and the variation in each leaf is beautiful. I am again buying a couple more as gifts, plus a few other plants that are harder to find to add to my collection.

Bought 7 plants, all came in well watered and nicely packed. All the leaves were intact. Highly recommend this shop.
