I have looked unfavorably on Plantpico for approximately one year now because of inadequate to poor even non-existent customer service issue that occured on my order in November 2024. Recently, I was contacted by a very wonderful lady and her name is Sarah. Sarah is the new Customer Service Manager at Plantpico. Sarah and I discussed the issues I had with my previous order from Plantpico. After a lengthy discussion Sarah asked if she could resolve our issue by sending me a completely new and updated Terrarium. I agreed to Sarah's generous offer and today I'm a very pleased Plantpico client. I've already recommended Plantpico to my friends.

Not only are the terrariums awesome looking and bring a great ambiance to my office. Customer service is great as well! One of the terrariums that I ordered, was damaged. I emailed support with pictures and a receipt for the the product and shipping insurance. Jennifer from support was totally awesome and processed a replacement to me that same day.

Placed and order with them nearly a month ago, it's been sitting at "shipping label created for nearly 3 weeks now. Emailed customer support, received a response saying they will check with logistics. Nothing since then, I would never order again or recommend them.

This is a scam company! They take your money and provide fake tracking. As they did to me. I am writing my attorney general.
Company not reliable and quality not there
Ordered a Zenflow terrarium from PlantPico.com on 4/15/2025. Did not receive the item until 7/11/2025 after requesting a refund. Sending an email to their support team has resulted in a response but sometimes no action. When I received the item, it did not contain all plants indicated in the pictures. I was extremely disappointed with the item I received.
PlantPico could be more honest with the delivery time frames and make sure the quality is in every item they send out.

I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks now. Some goofball named Lucas will not answer any of my follow up emails. Why is it that all of these new companies have terrible customer service? Do yourself a favor and do not support this company. I hope they go out of business.

1/3 for real
I've had a oddly unique experience with this company. I actually received 1 out of 3 items that I ordered, albeit a little late, and it was, actually, of good quality. Since then, I've been stuck in an AI loop of emails with their customer service with no progress or apparent human interaction. I keep trying and don't outright say "scam", because i did legit receive a good product, just not the other two that I ordered. The customer service IS crap.

Still don’t have my order
I ordered a plant and lamp for my partner’s birthday. I ordered the plant on May 26th and was told it would arrive by June 9th. I am still waiting on it. The tracking number provided says the item has not been picked up yet. When I reach out to customer service they are not helpful at all and will not give me a date when the plant will arrive. The gift missed my partners birthday and the company has taken no responsibility with telling me when I will receive it or offering a refund.

"Label created" but UPS never received anything to ship. Customer service keeps saying that during this "busy season" (May??) tracking updates are often delayed. Clearly a scam.

I'm a sucker
They ripped me off 219 dollars. I have a wife on the hospice and ask them to get it here. They made a shipping. label for it. Did nothing.It was nothing more than a stall. Tactic.. I will never buy anything on facebook again and this has definitely changed my life. I will be more careful now.I walked right into them. They say there's one born every minute, I guess I was born in that particular minute for them.

My order was not delivered to my front…
My order was not delivered to my front door and i certainly did not sign for it. I have been reporting this issue for 2 months. They got back to me and said it was delivered and signed for. I received a blurry picture that was not my front door. and the package appeared to be crushed in the photo. I have had zero help resolving the issue. I have ordered prior and had no problems but my last order they have been zero help saying their delvery team says I signed and it was delivered. NOT TRUE. I would be cautious if you order the custiomer service is terrible!!! This would have been my third order. I asked to show me proof of my signature!
