I'm very happy with the my experience with Plantinavia. They were very responsive on phone and email through the whole process, the delivery was much faster than I had expected and the trees were full and lush and look fantastic. Would definitely use again!

We ordered many plants - beech hegdes - for a long hedge area. The plants were nice and good quality. The plants arrived as agreed. Customer service answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Good mood in all conversations.

Good product as presented on the website. Very good communication with the "Spesialist i hekkplanter" by emails (quick and clear responses)

The customer service is the main reason we purchased from Plantinavia. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered them and gave suggestions very timely. The driver was quick, quite skilled maneuvering the huge truck, and nice to chat with while he unloaded our many palettes. They delivered good, quality products, as pictured. We will purchase from them again and highly recommend Plantinavia!

On the end of small valey there is a house. It's Anna & Lucas house. They had everything to dream of: coziness, piece, morning birds and beautiful view on the forest. 🦉🌲 The only what darkened their days was a yard exposed to nearby road, so they decided to hide their happiness behind thuja fence. After a long search they found a magical portal of Plantinavia - portal full of educational videos, advices and articles about hedge plants, so Anna & Lucas gave their trust to Plantinavia and there could be no better desicion!
They got a good price, they got full attention of costumer service, they got advices, they got fast and professional delivery, they got luxury thick thujas which were even higher than originally ordered and as a bonus they got an irrigation drip hose (yes, for free!).
Guess how big is Anna & Lucas' happiness now on scale from one to hundred?
That's right, over the scale! :D 💚

If you expect something good from Plantinavia you will get only better.

Our experience was great. User-friendly website, affordable prices and great quality plants.

Due to logistical advantages for the supplier, we were offered better quality plants than what we initially ordered, all without additional expenses. Great service!

The communication from start to end was great, and despite a minor "hiccup" about delivery, we have no problem giving Plantinavia our recommendation.

In other words, we will not need to think twice about using Plantinavia next time!
