I was pleased with the prices and quality. When I ordered 20 thujas for a green hedge, I was a bit worried about the trees' condition due to the long journey, but all the thujas were in great shape — the foliage was dense, the root ball intact, and well-moistened. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides valuable advice. The website is well-organized and contains a lot of important information on plant care. Highly recommend!

We ordered "Kartiomarjakuusi" plants to fill up 55m hedge and we had a very good experience with Plantinavia.

1. The website - It was great, easy process flow and the way it calculated how many plants you needed, great pictures and well described how you should take care of your plants
2. The service - Just excellent! Therese is so professional and very service minded. The information received was very detailed and everything turned out just the way we were promised
3. The plants - It is always a risk ordering so many plants without being there to select the best ones, but I must say we were super happy with the quality. Very thick and fresh plants that didn't suffer from the long transportation either. Now it's just up to us to keep them alive :)

We found Plantinavia through a search engine while looking for thuja for our hedge. In the initial stage of our house building project, we agreed with our neighbours that instead of erecting a wooden fence, we will plant thuja fence. At first, I was not very happy about that idea because I really wanted a wooden fence. But after the trees from Plantinavia arrived, I loved them so much that now I think it was the best idea ever and I have no regrets! The whole experience with Plantinavia was better than I expected and I could not praise it enough.

We had three suppliers on our wish list, and we were comparing prices, delivery services and the quality of the trees. We decided to order from Plantinavia because it seemed the most professional, trustworthy and good value for money. We loved the website as it was easy to navigate it and customise our order. We ordered 132 Exclusive thuja smaragd trees in total and the final price was very transparent and competitive. Shortly before our scheduled delivery, we received a free upgrade offer and we took it. Instead of 132 Exclusive thuja smaragd trees we received 88 Limited ones. It was an excellent choice! The trees that arrived looked beautiful, thick, healthy and great value for money. They were professionally packed, and the instructions were straightforward. Throughout the whole process, we felt well informed about our order and we were even able to track our trees while they were on their way (which was particularly exciting for our son! :)

We are so thrilled about our new hedge! All of our neighbors, friends and family have praised and admired our beautiful and exquisite new hedge.
We did a lot of online research when we had decided what kind of plants we wanted for our hedge. Initially, we searched for Danish companies to deliver our plants but unfortunately, they cancelled our order because the plants were sold out, and they could not deliver our new ones until September. This was a major problem for us since we had already taken down the old hedge. So we went online and found Plantanavia, and we were very excited to see that they were able to deliver our plants at the right time and for a good price. When the plants arrived we were surprised and happy to see that they were thicker, higher, more green, and of much better quality than the ones we ordered.
We will definitely recommend Plantinavia to everyone! Even the driver was nice to move the plants all the way up the driveway, and handed over a gift from Plantinavia; free garden hoes to water our new hedge! Everybody keeps telling us how beautiful a hedge we have, and we will most certainly let them know where it came from!

Thujas were like they promised and quality was good. We couldn't follow the transport because we didn't find our truck on the map. Driver didn't call us when he left from previous place as promised.
