Items arrived at room temperature + order delay of 10+ days

I have finally received my order, which was delayed for more than 10 days and I only got a reply when I complaint here. The items arrived at room temperature, with 2 melted tiny cold packs. All of the items I ordered require refrigeration (one even requires freezing at -18).

Naturally, it's not safe to eat as most of these are fermented products. I want a refund or send the items back and I'm not getting any replies.
