I am really fussy when it comes to protein shakes but nothing beats Planta Force! It is super smooth and tastes amazing, i love mixing the coconut one with lots of ice :) chocolate is fab too. Great for a quick breakfast or after a workout, helps me to recover quickly. I have also been using the detox teas and they help to curb cravings and suppress my appetite. My fave is the zen tea before bed! Would defo recommend Planta Force, all natural and no nasties!!!
