The customer service at this company is great. My order wound up taking forever thanks to the United States Post Office’s complete inefficiency however Plant World went above and beyond with communication and helping me track my package during this time. I’m really pleased with the seeds I received. Thanks!

Very fast delivery,practically packed with the name and picture on the envelop.the flower and tree seed grows very fast.definitely will be ordering more.thank you very much.finally found good quality seeds.

I have placed a few orders since last year and every time I have not been disappointed. The amount of varieties and not often seen or rare seeds is better than anywhere I order here in Canada. I have had much success in planting and growing some beautiful and unique plants. Thank you!

Every time I order seeds from this place I am disappointed. The seeds are old and do not sprout. I am talking about trivial plants like Tomatoes, just nothing coming. I am not a novice to gardening but the seeds you get here are not good. Would recommend "Sutton seeds" instead. And, it takes a long time for the seeds to even be dispatched... Very disappointing.

I had a very positive experience buying seeds from Plant World. Ordered on a Monday from the US and my seeds were delivered the following Monday. Very good price of obscure Aconitum species not usually available and order is complete and correct.

Filled the order quickly and they have interesting seeds.

Visited the nursery last week when we were on holiday in Devon and bought some lovely plants and several packets of seeds. Stupidly, we left the seeds behind but after contacting Plant World, Carol very kindly sent them on to us. Great nursery, great customer service, thank you… we’ll be back!

Great and Honest company. I had made a mistake, thinking my order never came when in reality, the postal service along with every other service is just slow. My order is legit, and has been shipped and I do have the tracking info. So my mistake!!! ( I placed an order, a few weeks go by and I thought I was scammed or something. ) again. Awesome business. And Awesome staff!!

Seeds arrived quickly at my international destination. They are very clearly labeled with picture and sowing info. Whilst I can't comment on germination rate at this stage, I am hopeful for a successful sowing. The variety offered on the sire is attractive to me as a collector of unusual plants, in particular there are Chilean plants available that cannot be found elsewhere.

Service was fine but I was rather surprised and disappointed at the actual number of seeds in each packed

Plant World Seeds has a great selection of quality seeds. Customer service is excellent. I had a problem with importing the seeds from UK to USA and Plant World Seeds was very helpful.

Plant World Seeds offers a magnificent selection of seeds and provides attentive customer care and assistance. They were especially helpful in navigating the strict import regulations.

Carol was really helpful in helping me resolve a missing order . Iwas so impressed with the manner in which she helped me.

Plant world seeds arrived within 2 weeks of being ordered. They had a long way to go from UK to NZ and through our strict customs. Speaking of which, Plant world went the extra mile of ensuring all the seeds I ordered were allowed into our country and, where it was already on the packet, handwrote the scientific name of the seeds. Fantastic service.

Carol went far and above the call of duty to help me navigate the new American law mandating the customer to provide the import permit. It was an arduous task to get through the forms and the deficient service provided by the reduced staffing at the USDA. My only wish is that we had known the new law was in place when we placed our seed order so that we could have faced that task sooner.

I like the good website,easy to use and efficient.
Unfortunately, I had to order again exactly the same seeds ordered last year...I followed exactly the instructions and no one seed germinated. I decided to try one last time.

Excellent germination and growth of 'difficult' seeds that I recently purchased from Plant World Seeds. I would most definitely recommend them.

Plant World Seeds has an amazing selection of seeds that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

But what makes them truly stand out is their excellent customer service. Carol is amazing. She was ever courteous and always patient. When my order hit a snag in US customs Carol walked me through how to resolve the issue and always communicated incredibly promptly.

In looking through negative reviews it appears many of them were due to issues that were not Plant World Seeds fault but rather customer confusion about US customs regulations.

People in USA, do your research, get your USDA permit (it’s easy) and check the Invasive Species Profiles List
to make sure what you want to order isn’t considered an invasive species in your area.

I am very grateful to Carol and appreciate her expertise and patience. Highly recommend!
