Bought mortice doorknobs. They look good on the website but the reality is the brass is rather dull and definitely not the colour they are on their website. Also the edges are already a bit marred - who knows what they will look like with actual use. Not worth the high price. Found better, cheaper ones at Ironmongery Direct.

In addition, our old latch and strike plates were not the correct size. I saw that they were out of stock on Plank site, but bought the doorknobs anyway deciding to return later as the site said they expected them in September. Now I see they have completely wiped them off their site. Hunting now for compatible latches elsewhere. Totally ANNOYING.

Bought 8 closet handles at a cost of £300+ and was disappointed that 4 of the 8 handles were not securely attached to the screw sections, so the handles now wobble and feel cheap. Considering how expensive they were I am disappointed and will probably not be purchasing from here again.

Product looks beautiful have not put it up yet, the delivery process did get tricky, there was a custom charge that I had to pay for the product to be delivered, but the Plank company did reimburse me for both charges. It made me concerned, but everything turned out good!

Love the pull handles. Contemporary look. Feels strong. Works great. Shipped quickly. Return processed quickly for the items that didn't fit my kitchen cabinets.

The cabinet hardware we ordered is of good quality, but considering the high cost, we were disappointed to receive the wrong screws, forcing us to buy our own. Additionally, we received items we didn't order. The Felix, was of very poor quality. On top of that, the shipping was extremely slow, making the overall experience frustrating and not worth the price.
