First of all, we are sorry for the bad experience with Planetwall and we understand that this situation must be very uncomfortable. We would like to thank you for the honest feedback, and are constantly working to improve our products. On our website you can see under "about us" that we do not do dropshipping, but that the orders are shipped through our fulfillment center in Europe. Due to several factors there was indeed a huge delay, but in the meantime a lot of improvements have been made to our product and shipping. To most European countries the delivery time is only 2-5 days.
Normally refunds happen automatically in our system, but from the time an issue is submitted on PayPal, this process takes longer. Through email (info@planetwall.eu) or through our contact form on the website, normally all your questions will be answered within 48 hours, but our apologies if you were not helped.
It is indeed strange that PayPal closed your case, so we looked into it and we can happily say that we manually transferred the money back on your account.
