My overall experience with the platform has been somewhat satisfactory. There were few glitches in the app and OTP issue were common but as fas as academics are concerned it is updated and fine for my child.
As on 08/01/2026 Today I have received mail from Planet spark customer support for refund of Money and they have assured for refund
Hii Am struggling from past 1 year for refund of my money from 2024 June month I enrolled my child Inaaya seeing this ad of planet spark on facebook they started a demo class and then I agreed as demo class is always good then they arranged meeting with a person who gave us written mail that refund will be done of whole fees amount if I didn’t like the classes before 5 classes ,they take whole course fees beforehand my Rs55000 was debited through my credit card card ,after that classes started and there service degraded classes was having technical issues, teacher was not there at time and I understood that their service will not at all be good so I decided to not continue with this course till that time my daughter has took only four classes in actual, when I told them to refund money they disagreed and till now I have not got my money back they are real cheaters ,I also filed case against them but it is of no use as they have not any physical existence and my legal notice against them has not been received by any one ,please anyone please don’t fall in their trap and help me how my hard earned money money can be refunded
Following my review, PlanetSpark has contacted me to address my concerns. I have been in communication with Mr. Aditya over the last three days to resolve the 1-on-1 class issues. The process is currently underway, and I will update this review once a full resolution is reached. Thanks to Trustpilot and the PlanetSpark team for the response.
The worst experience with planetspark team. They cheated me for my kids education. Before payment Planetspark councillor had assured me to give 1 on 1 teaching for total of 100 classes, thank God instead of 100 classes I choose to try with 80 that was the only thing I had requested them that my kid is poor in English so he needs only 1 on 1 classes, where after 2nd class they changed their statement that from total of 80 classes only 32 classes will be with 1 on 1 teaching rest of the classes my kid has to practice alone,32 classes for practice and 32 for performance in their portal for which as parents we have to help our kids for their practice classes and performance classes and when i raised a ticket regarding this concern now their customer agent Ms shruti is asking me for proof that without proof they cannot help me.even though i have sent them the WhatsApp chats that total 100no of classes were assured and no one informed regarding the separate sections like practice and performance.now one of their agent called me and she is asking me to pay for the next section and she will give me the rest 12 classes..As I had enrolled for first 80 classes.so at least my balance money for 20 classes is safe..These people should be banned for making fraud commitments on the name of education.3-4 times I have requested them but no use, then I came here to review about the things happened with me ,so at least other parents should not be a victim of such fraud People
Thank you for addressing the issue. After a few discussions, they agreed to refund the amount, and the Planet team has successfully resolved the concern

As per company guidelines we have the chance to cancel the enrollment before five classes and when we requested for the cancellation of our kid's enrollment just after 2 classes they started ignoring our calls. There's no response to the mail, nor sms nor whatsapp message. I tried contacting the teacher and she said that she's been laid off a week before and that she hasn't received her payment too. Looks like it's an online fraudulent service since they don't respond to any of your texts or requests or tickets.
We have raised a ticket and yet they say the back end team will get in touch with you, and that's it. You will not hear anything back again.

Title: Misrepresented Teaching Role, Unpaid Training, Turned into Cold Calling Sales
Review:
I joined this edtech platform after being hired for an online tutor role, based on my teaching experience. During the hiring and onboarding process, I was clearly informed that my responsibilities would be limited to teaching and coordinating demo class timings with interested parents.
However, after completing multiple days of unpaid training, it became evident that the actual role was cold calling and sales-oriented lead conversion, where I was expected to call random leads and convince them to book demo classes. This critical detail was never disclosed at any stage prior to or during onboarding.
Had the true nature of the role been communicated honestly, I would not have agreed to unpaid training or proceeded with the onboarding. Unfortunately, none of the individuals involved in recruitment or training clarified the actual job responsibilities, resulting in a complete mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered.
This experience reflects poor transparency and misleading recruitment practices, particularly concerning for educators who invest time based on role clarity. I am still awaiting payment for the unpaid training period.
I would strongly advise candidates to seek written clarity on job responsibilities and compensation before joining.
P.S. I received a callback from one of their team members stating that the payment would be processed today. However, I have not yet received any written acknowledgement confirming the same. I will keep updating as and when there is further progress.
UPDATE : Again a false promise, did not receive anything till now
Another UPDATE : Finally they have come around to confirm that a payment will be processed and have sent an email confirmation of the same. However will give the final update once due payment is received.
Another update:
They have asked me to change the review to 3 stars after which they will initiate the payment. The payment will take 10 to 15 days to process. Will update shortly.

I am writing the follow up review as you can find me as Parent of BG.
They are useless and worthless people in the world please read below step by step.
They will contact you first
They arrange the demo
At the end of the demo they explain you how they works it takes an hour or so
Then they put you on their direct debit system or full pay then their job done.
You won't get lessons in your time zone.
They say they won't change time zone.
They say they can't refund
They say they are busy and will call back but you won't get any calls.
Please please don't just pay and land yourself in this scam.

This is a fake company totally bad. when paying they said they have classes for all time zones but now when I enrolled I see classes at 5 AM and 6 AM PST timezone. for both math and english I do not see the classes. the 1:1 are in good timings but the remainign group classes are not in good timings. also 1/3rd of the classes are robo based and they are no instructors. How come they have just 2 classes supporting PST? customer support is also not helping to add classes

I’m writing this review after closely seeing a friend’s experience with PlanetSpark.
The program was paid for via Debit Card EMI, but before any class started, a cancellation was requested as the child was not interested. At that stage, no enrollment was created, no dashboard was available, no teacher was assigned, and no class was attended.
Despite this, the family was repeatedly informed (mostly over phone calls) that cancellation would be possible only after attending at least one class, a condition that was never shared in writing during enrollment or payment.
The teaching platform itself may work well for some children, but the cancellation process before service commencement was confusing and stressful. I feel parents should be very careful before committing to long-term EMI plans and should insist on clear, written cancellation terms upfront.
Sharing this for parent awareness so others can make an informed decision.
I’m sharing this to help other parents make a cautious decision.

I am sharing details based on a real experience I closely observed involving PlanetSpark.
The course was paid for via Debit Card EMI. Before any service began, a cancellation request was raised. At that time:
• No enrollment was created
• No student dashboard was provided
• No teacher was assigned
• No class or demo session was attended
Despite this, the company insisted that at least one “demonstration/observation class” must be attended before cancellation could be processed. This requirement was not disclosed in writing at the time of purchase.
My review is intended to inform other parents about the cancellation experience prior to service commencement, so they can make informed decisions before committing to long-term EMI plans.
This review reflects genuine events and has been written in good faith.

PlanetSpark is one of the best learning and teaching platform which provides an excellent platform to nurture communication skills. The sessions are interactive, impactful, and thoughtfully designed. It's rewarding to see students become confident public speakers and creative thinkers.

I am a teaching expert at planet spark. My experience on the planet spark is very interesting. The portal is well designed in an effective on the go way so we can handle the portal from anywhere. It's too easy for us and the parents to get connected with each other. Also the earnings sources are so many in their portal not only from the teaching but apart from it I can earn daily incentives and a huge amount of money in a month.
If there will be some technical issues facing in the classroom well trained experts or live troubleshooters are there for solving the problem. Overall it's a good company for learn and grow. Work culture is fantastic.
Earn and have fun along with.
Cons: Till yet I have not faced any kind of problem here. It's good company for keeping yourselves busy and paid for that.
Just a thing the classroom activities and connectivity can be enhanced for much better experience for the students and teachers both.
Apart everything is excellent here .

The ₹5,000 registration fee has now been refunded after follow-up.
Initial experience involved strong pressure to enroll in a long-term package and EMI, and there was a delay in response regarding the refund.
While the refund was eventually processed, I suggest parents clearly understand payment and refund terms before enrolling.

As their services price is very high . After enrolment they are giving proper attention to child.

Reply from PlanetSpark
We enrolled our child with PlanetSpark after a very persuasive sales call and opted for a long-term package. However, before any class started, we realised the program duration (200 classes) was not suitable for our child’s interest or current requirement.
The main issue is cancellation. Even though no enrollment was created, no dashboard existed, no teacher was assigned, and no class was attended, the team kept insisting that we must first create an enrollment, attend at least one “observation class”, and then raise cancellation from the dashboard.
This felt unreasonable, as it would mean starting a service just to be able to cancel it. There is no clear written policy shared that says attending a class is mandatory for cancellation.
The teaching platform may be useful for some children, but parents should be very careful before committing to long-term EMI plans. My experience suggests that while sales communication is very proactive, cancellation before service commencement is unnecessarily complicated.
I recommend parents start with a very small package, clearly understand refund terms in writing, and avoid long commitments upfront.
Additional info:
The course fee was ₹75,000, pushed through a high-pressure sales call. The sales representative (Eeshan) repeatedly insisted on immediate payment, despite my request to first receive a written quote and take 1–2 days to review the program and EMI terms.
I was not given adequate time to understand the EMI terms and conditions, cancellation process, or refund policy before payment. The focus was solely on completing the transaction, not on suitability for the child or transparency of terms.
Only after payment did we fully realise the long-term commitment (200 classes) and the complex cancellation conditions, which were not clearly explained upfront.
This experience felt sales-driven rather than customer-centric, especially considering the high amount involved and that the program had not even started.
