Well located and safe
It is as we expected - good location, easy access. The only thing is that you need to lock the locker on your own or to buy one on place.

Great service, easy access & fair options
I had stored some of my things first in a big locker room, and then in a smaller one for quite some months on Mallorca in Manacor. Tatiana was always so helpful and gave me the best options to book. She was lovely, helpful and so supportive. Wow, she loves her job :-)
Every issue or change was solved promptly, with a great communication - live or via e-mail. I highly recommend Planetspace.es - from the service, the options and also the location (easy access, much space, fair options). THANK YOU!

This was a fantastic experience! Tatjana took care of everything, from navigating the movers to the right storage unit without me having to be there, to closing things off and refunding the deposit. It was a breeze with her! The storage unit is very clean and well organized as well!

The service and staff were exceptional
The service and staff were exceptional, as was the convenience and access. The only negative (and it was quite significant) was the fact that our unit was infested with mice and therefore a number of our items were chewed up and there were mouse droppings and mouse nests in a number of our boxes!

In all our sites we have a pest control service that do regular checks, we have already reported this case to them and ask them to increase the measures. Unfortunately, we cannot control what is keep in stored boxes and sometimes there is food or products that attracts pests, we depend on our clients to let us know so we can take action and maximize the protection of their belongings and the Center, which is a priority for us. Dear customer, thank you for your review. Be advised that you can contact your site manager at anytime if something doesn´t work as it should to at the storage facility. The bathroom at the warehouse is open all day. However the door handle gets stuck sometimes since Monday and we are working on it to repair it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for storing with us.

Lifesavers
I fully recommend the Son Castello Planet Space. The customer service is outstanding. No one will believe but opening a subscription there can be a great experience due to extraordinary employees working in PS Son Castello. The place is clean, accessible 24h, you can enter by car into the building. Lots of cameras and insurance convinced me to leave there all expensive belongings. Also the price is very attractive - I couldn't find better offer in the island for 1,5m3 storage than Planet Space. I want to say thank you for all staff members working there for great help when I really needed it.
